he is a horrible skin picker. his nails are always red and chewed raw
he has some acne scars from when he was a teen and always picking at them
his knee is covered with scars from picking scabs off
the inside of his mouth is constantly sore or raw from him chewing it

he is constantly listening to music because he can’t stand to be alone with his thoughts
he’s the type of person to always ask to pet a dog
whenever he sees a baby/kid he makes silly faces or waves a ton to make them laugh
he loves suckers dude the apple pie suckers oh he would devour them in seconds
he eats really fast because he’s used to not having enough food
he loves to hold hands with his friends. he won’t admit it but it’s just second nature from always being with baby sam and making sure he doesn’t get lost
he cried really hard when sam got taller than him
his clothes never fit him right. it’s either too baggy or too tight.
he can’t stand the feeling of new clothes, he’s convinced he can only wear them old
he can’t fall asleep in silence, he needs to hear something
a fan, someone else breathing, tpying on a keyboard, writing, music, sirens, etc he just hates silence

he lies. a lot. without meaning to he’ll blurt the first thing that comes to mind
he cries a lot. he hates that he does but any big emotion makes him well up.
especially when he’s angry. he gets so upset he starts stuttering and tearing up so he always ends up cursing the other out
he’d forgive john for what he put him through but he will forever resent him for what he put sam through
he always stops by thrift stores to look for movies and other physical media
growing up he loved libraries, he would drag sam to whatever one was close and let him pick out all the books he wanted and dean roamed around the movie section
he steals stuff just to prove he can. he also pick pockets
