Felicia looked at her phone as walked down the streets, heels clicking. Staking out in a world which would throw her in a hole for what she does sounded like such a fun opportunity. She imagined herself to be like James Bond. Hanging out in fancy bars. Wearing barely their dresses. Rendezvousing with some dumb hunk. Instead, she was walking through a street with bitter winds. She adjusted the long black double-breasted coat as she shivered. That was when she bumped into someone, her phone flying out of her hand. She gasped as her enhanced reflexes kicked in, putting her foot out to catch the phone and with a swift jerk of her leg, the phone landed back in her hand.

heâll admit that his hatred is filtered through E N V Y: that he would shape a world or destroy one to retain any semblance of the peace heâd found so briefly; to hold his daughter one more time and shield her from the plights of those that would wish to harm her. he despised that heâd been CORRECT again with a truth that felt like a knife to the gut.  charles had been right about one thing though, heâd been able to be something MORE than revenge and anger BUT not anymore -- that erik had died with his daughter.Â
â now thatâs the kind of talk that gets you thrown into battle... â his chuckle echoes, giving her a raised brow. features adorning a stoic look; he often refused to give anything away...regardless of the storm that seemed to lay behind his eyes.  â moves like that though -- certainly do a good job at keeping things interesting. â

the  unease  seems  to  echo  around  the  room  and  P L A G U E  his  mind:  recognising  by  the  slight  change  in  tone,  the  very  nature  of  how  the  other  seemed  to  be  feeling.  although,  he  refused  to  suggest  he  knew  anything  --  it  often  only  left  people  feeling  more...uneasy.  â  yeah...that  just  took  the  cake  on  being  the  worst  joke  iâve  ever  heard.  â  his  tone  remains  light,  emitting  a  chuckle  at  the  reminder  the  younger  had  provided  him  with  (  foggy  wouldâve  been  proud  of  a  joke  like  that  ).  â  and  iâve  sat  through  sharknado  --  donât  ask...purely  out  of  curiosity.  â  moving  his  stick  to  one  side  as  he  takes  a  seat.  â  just  wanted  to  see  how  you  were  doing  peter; doomed  and  all...  â  joking  back,  hoping  to  set  a  lighter  tone.

it  wasnât  ever  about  P R I D E:  the  vexatious  flashbacks  to  five  years  and  making  choices  when  the  war  was  won  because  it  felt  like  the  world  needed  a  different  beacon  of  HOPE  --  sam  needed  to  take  the  shield  so  that  the  future  had  something  different  (  and  in  his  opinion...the  best  kinda  different  there  was  ).
â  not  sure  about  any  remedies...  â  eyes  remain  soft  in  his  approach,  taking  solace  in  the  comfort  of  a  familiar  face.  despite  everything  bad  doom  presented,  he  had  to  admit...there  was  something  nice  about  the  old  team  being  around.  â  but  have  considered  taking  a  hike  through  savage  mountain  for  some  peace  and  quiet  --  think  itâs  worth  the  risk  ?  â

okay so I tend to keep it canon that he lost his daughter because she attempted to attack the police who had been called because theyâd been informed by one of erikâs work colleagues of his mutation -- thus making it hurt a little more that he feels responsible for her death. Â

it makes him a hypocrite because while erik himself has always been willing to go to EXTREME measures to build the best world for mutants, he thinks doom is too narcissistic to make his vision works and doesnât like him because of that. Â

erik doesnât particularly care either way, heâll fight if he has to or to aid another mutant but if anything itâs just a ploy to pass the time.

he absolutely took his job to try and get as close to doom as he can manage because in his head he has nothing he can lose that he hasnât lost already and a man with nothing is always willing to risk everything.Â

matt canât stand doom, he reminds him of the people mattâs had to fight both as daredevil and without his mask in the courtroom & he simply canât wait to find out a way to take him down.Â

matt initially was only fighting for what he believed to be selfless reasons but now heâs enjoying the fights more than he cares to admit because heâs hooked on the adrenaline of them. Â
