Hey I started this as a side blog for random stories and stuff my main blog is @future-muse I have a more in depth ab me over there but I really like movies and music and have v strong opinions. So i have this thing where i get grossed out really easy in terms of my toothbrush and have to change it every 2 weeks ish. I get grossed out if it accidentally touches the sink i just cleaned. I get grossed out if i go on vacation and take my travel toothbrush and now it's been left in open air for too long. I get grossed out to the point i gag and think im gonna get sick. I also used the have lots of anxiety around health and id sanitize up to my elbows a lot. That's gotten better (i still sanitize a lot tho and wash my hands quite a bit especially at work)

Just got asked if they could use Ai voice tech on me at the doctor's!! It's something that records doctor's notes for you during the op using ai. AI KNOWING MY MEDICAL HISTORY ??? WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKING FUCK!!! Wow she said that so eloquently, and without cursing.

Hi I'd like to talk ab how tracking calories has helped me as someone who had ed tendencies in the past so tw if you're sensitive to these topics but im not talking ab losing weight in this AT ALL as that's not my goal

So i had a past ed I think (not diagnosed) but when im very stressed I search for control and that tends to be limiting food and shrinking myself it's been a couple years since I've had a bad stint of it but at the worst I wouldn't eat for days at a time (I also went to a school where none of the girls ate)

So now since my perception of a 'normal' amount of food is messed up so I started tracking my calories until I can correctly learn my hunger cues as I spent so long ignoring them. This started when I wasn't sleeping very well (insomnia unrelated) and was dizzy and lot and was thinking my eradic sleep schedule might impact how/when I eat so tracking would ensure I eat enough. I understand this isn't everyone's experience and actually calorie tracking has been bad for me in the past but I have a person who was able to calculate the right amount of calories for me ( my friend called it like maintenance or something?) Having a number to stick to has helped from getting weird lol. But idk

I'm gonna be honest if I saw a celebrity in public unless they were in extremely popular celebrity. I don't think I'd be able to recognize them, even if I knew who they were, because my brain is stupid. And I'd just be like, oh my God, I recognize you, I don't know where from. Did we go to high-school together? As someone who is loyal to a fault I struggle a lot holding on to friendships past when it's healthy. I have two ex best friends who I knew by the end weren't treating me well and weren't good people but held on too long bc I loved them. (I also am not good at telling ppl how I feel so they don't rly know why I have issues with them/stopped talking to them but I mean I hope they do bc it's obvious). I don't have this issue when im in a romantic relationship as I feel like i tend to run even if the other person didn't necessarily do anything wrong (avoidant) I might tell the story of why im not friends with my ex bsfs asp.
