˗ˏˋ angel regression ˎˊ˗
˗ˏˋ 💭 what is angel regression? 💭 ˎˊ˗
its exactly what it sounds like ! similar to age or pet regression, angel regression is an innocent mindset someone might revert to for comfort or any reason really ! but instead of animals, it’s with a strong connection to angels/angelic aesthetics ! (it’s also strictly sfw)
˗ˏˋ 🥛 some angelre things include 🥛 ˎˊ˗
cloud gazing, soft blankets, angel milk (obviously !), gentle falling snow + sunny spring fields, flowing over sized dresses/poet shirts, fluffy little wings, shiny glowing halos, comfy pillow forts, harp/music box lullabies, cute nightlights
˗ˏˋ ☁️ angel regressors are often ☁️ ˎˊ˗
𐐪 clingy + protective
𐐪 cuddly when sleepy
𐐪 helpful, thoughtful + loving
𐐪 shy, sensitive + considerate
𐐪 playful + silly
have a lovely day angels ଘ(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭

hihiii ! i’ve been pretty mia for a long while…. but i’m deciding to come back to this blog ! i’ll retheme it a little bit as well ^^
hi i just sent an ask about certain texture and scents upsetting me and i realized i forgot to mention that certain sounds also upset me(usually if i'm wearing headphones) there are certain songs that i love to listen to but i can't while i'm wearing headphones because the beat sounds weird or some songs sound like the beat is going from one ear to the other ear(if that makes sense) and i can't listen to it because it really bothers me and makes me wanna scream and cry
Ah, missed this second part. But my answer is the same. 😊 I have all these issues with my SPD.
for songs that go from one ear to another, most devices have a “mono audio” setting that lets you turn that off!
reminder to:
🍼 take your meds (if needed)
🧸 drink some water
🍼 eat something if you’re hungry or feeling up to it
🧸 clean yourself and brush your teeth
🍼 hug your stuffies! they’ll always be there for you
🧸 know that you’re loved
things might be tough, but you’ll get through it! it’s fine to feel feelings- and i’m so proud of you for getting this far! ✨
