ORGANISATION: Create a schedule outlining your study time and free time, use a planner or digital planner to keep track of your assignments and exams
REVIEW NOTES: Engage in classes, take down notes and review them to reinforce and retain knowledge and information
TIME MANAGEMENT: Prioritise and dedicate study time. Try not to overstudy and don't not sleep to study, you won't remember it
EXHAUST ALL RESOURCES: Use the internet, Ask friends, families and/or teachers. To enhance learning use every resource you have
DEVELOP GOOD STUDY HABITS: Study buddies, study groups, flashcards, find a tutor, find a method that works for you and stick with it
FOCUS AND NO DISTRACTIONS: Have a clean study atmosphere and aim to quiet mind and overcome the temptation to go on your phone
OTHER: -Figure out optimal study window (Find my best time to study)
-Study little bits overtime, so once you get to the exam you’ll barely need to study (maybe just revision)
-Restructure how you see yourself/ how you study e.g. stop telling yourself you’re a bad student
-Find your leaning style + read out loud
-Use ‘Spacing effect’ for memory
-Have S.M.A.R.T goals
-Clean room = Clean mind. You need to remove anything that distracts you
