Just wanted to give a quick shout out to everybody following Pencil Sketches.You guys are awesome, and I am just as glad to have all the new followers as I am my longtime, stalwart supporters.

I know I've been slacking a bit lately, and I do apologize. As much as I would love, and try, to update on a daily basis, I just started a second job on a food truck (it's great food and great people), but, between that and my other job, I've been exhausted. Nevertheless, new content is on the way. Some of it might actually be good!

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you all again for following, and I hope everybody has a great Spring!

Is the "bad landlord" comic by ANY chance about 11 Linden? I have no idea who this is, but like, eerily similar... our porch fell off too, rofl.

LOL it was about the Allston Slumlords in general, but based on my last apartment on Pratt. Our back porch, and especially the staircase, were hanging on by like three nails. We told them about it our first week there, and they never did anything about it for TWO YEARS! Our plan was to ride it down when it collapsed and sue the shit out of Beantown Management.
