The living room glowed with soft morning sunlight filtering through the curtains.
She sat cross-legged on the fluffy rug right in front of the television, wearing her favorite Sesame Street pajamas. The long-sleeve shirt had a big smiling Elmo on the front, and the cozy bottoms were covered in the colourful characters.
The soft fabric was comfy and babyish, and the pj bottoms did nothing to hide the obvious padded bulk of her diaper underneath.
Her eyes were wide and sparkling as she watched Sesame Street. Big Bird was teaching Elmo and Abby Cadabby how to share toys in the most cheerful way possible. The bright colors and happy music filled the room.
She suckled steadily on her warm morning baba, the sweet milk tasting so comforting as she rocked gently side to side. The bottle was almost empty.
Every now and then she let out a tiny, contented hum around the nipple, completely lost in the bright puppets and silly songs.
Elmo’s so silly today, and Big Bird’s feathers look extra fluffy. Everything feels so nice and warm and safe… she thought dreamily.
In the background, Daddy hummed while washing dishes after breakfast. The clink of plates and running water mixed softly with the cartoon music.
She barely noticed. She was too busy finishing her baba, too happy sitting right here in her favourite little spot with her blankie draped over her lap.
With one last big suckle, the bottle emptied. She set it down carefully beside her and popped her paci into her mouth instead, clutching her blankie tighter against her chest. The soft fabric brushed her cheek as she bounced lightly to the next song, eyes never leaving the screen.
A funny, warm pressure started growing in her tummy.
She shifted a little, but her eyes never left the screen.
Elmo was laughing now, and Abby was flying around with sparkles. It made her giggle behind her paci.
But that familiar pressure only stayed there in her tummy, threatening to interrupt her Sunday morning cartoons.
Nooo… not now, she thought, cheeks already tingling with a faint blush. I don’t wanna stop watching…I can just stay right here.
She ignored it, bouncing gently on her knees as Elmo and Abby sang. The pressure grew stronger, but she was too deep in her floaty headspace to care.
A tiny toot slipped out. Then another. She barely noticed, content in her carefree bubble.
Daddy walked in from the kitchen, drying his hands on a dish towel. He slipped on his glasses, sat down on the couch with his tablet, and smiled softly when he saw his baby girl.
Just the sight of her paci bobbing steadily, blankie clutched tight, and being completely mesmerised by the bright noisy characters made his heart melt.
“Is your tummy all full now from breakfast and your baba, princess?” he asked warmly, his voice full of gentle affection.
“Uh huh, Dada…” she mumbled around her paci, eyes still glued to the screen, not even turning her head.
Daddy opened his tablet and started reading the morning news, but he kept glancing over at her with that knowing little smile.
He already knew exactly what was coming. His baby always made her morning stinkies after breakfast.
It was her body’s sweet, predictable routine, and he loved every part of taking care of it.
She kept bouncing happily on her knees as the characters sang even louder and more joyfully. The pressure in her tummy grew stronger and more urgent, but it still felt distant and unimportant, like background noise in her perfect little headspace.
Another toot escaped and this one was louder but surprisingly she didn’t even register it.
Then, without any conscious thought, her body took over completely.
She subconsciously shifted forward onto her knees in that classic toddler pose, bottom slightly raised, back arched just a little, legs spread for balance.
She didn’t even realise she was doing it.
Her eyes stayed locked on the bright, colourful screen as Elmo and his friends started a lively new dance song about friendship.
She suckled harder on her paci, clutched her blankie a little tighter against her chest, and pushed ever so slightly.
A warm, mushy fullness slowly began to fill the back of her diaper. The soft, heavy load came out with almost no effort at all, it was warm and thick and smooth, spreading gently and steadily against her skin in that unmistakable squishy way.
It kept coming, filling the seat of her diaper more and more until the padding felt noticeably heavier and warmer, the mess pressing softly in all the squishiest, most intimate places.
Her tummy finally felt so much lighter and better, but her diaper felt so much fuller now, the warm mush cradling her in a way that was both embarrassing and strangely comforting.
Still facing the TV and deep in her happy little world, she relaxed completely and sat back down cross-legged without thinking. The mess squished noticeably underneath her, warm and mushy, spreading even more as she settled into her soaked nightime diaper.
She let out a tiny, contented sigh around her paci and kept watching, completely unbothered, her eyes sparkling with delight as Elmo and friends danced across the screen.
Feels better now, she thought feeling relieved and still in a daze.
Daddy watched the whole thing unfold from the couch. He saw the bouncing, heard the little toots, and noticed the exact moment she filled her diaper. He cringed slightly at the thought of the cleanup, but his smile stayed soft and loving. His baby looked so peaceful sitting there in her messy diaper, completely lost in her cartoons, paci bobbing happily.
He set his tablet down and approached quietly, crouching down behind her.
“Hey baby girl,” he said casually. “Do you smell something funny?”
She didn’t answer, still staring at the screen.
He tried again, gently tugging the back of her Sesame Street pj bottoms. “Princess, I asked if you can smell anything funny… because I certainly can.”
She finally turned around, paci still in her mouth, and gave him a sweet, innocent smile. “I can smell something funny, Dada. Did you toot?”
Daddy’s eyebrows rose in amusement as he let out a low chuckle and shook his head in disbelief. “No little one, that wasn’t me”.
Deciding not to humour her today and risk his princess getting a diaper rash, he wasted no time revealing exactly where the funny smell was coming from.
He gently lifted her to her feet and spun her around, pulling back the waistband of her pj bottoms and diaper to check the mess.
“Oh honey,” he said, voice warm with loving tease. “That’s one very messy didi. You sure did make a big stinky for Daddy, didn’t you? Look at all that mushy surprise you left for me in your cute little Sesame Street pants.”
She froze. The realisation hit her like a tidal wave. The warm mush, the heavy weight, the fact that she had just happily sat in it while watching cartoons.
Her cheeks burned bright red. She covered her face with both hands, mortified, squirming in place as the mess shifted again.
Daddy gently pulled her hands away and looked her right in the eyes, determined to make her cheeks turn that pretty shade of pink.
“Baby girl, when Daddy asks you a question, I expect an answer. Now… are you Dada’s little stinker? Hmm?”
She squirmed harder, too embarrassed to meet his gaze. Her voice came out tiny and shy.
“Y-yes…”
Daddy chuckled softly and tilted her chin up.
“Yes what, princess?”
She pouted, cheeks flaming hotter than ever.
“Yes… I’m Dada’s little stinker.”
“That’s right,” he praised warmly, pulling her into a big hug and rocking her gently. “You’re Dada’s sweet little stinker who made a big messy stinky in her diaper. I’m so proud of you for telling me like a good girl.”
She hid her burning face in his chest, but a tiny, shy smile appeared anyway. Daddy’s praise always made the embarrassment feel a little warmer, even as the heavy, squishy mess reminded her exactly what she’d done.
He scooped her up effortlessly into his arms, cooing softly as he carried her upstairs. “Now that you’ve told Daddy about your dirty diaper like a good girl, how about we go get that messy butt all clean and into a fresh diapie, princess?”
She wrapped her arms around his neck and nodded, still blushing furiously as he carried her, fussing over her with gentle kisses and whispers the whole way.
My gift to you was the realization of every single fantasy you ever had.
The opportunity to be Daddy’s diaper girl, spending every moment under my loving, doting care. All the thick, crinkly diapers you ever wanted. All the tender, explosive orgasms from getting fucked on a Sesame Street changing table as a bedazzled pacifier dangled from your onesie.
You never thought about the gift you would one day give me in return. Why would you when you were living the life you used to dream about?
The life you greedily fantasized about as you jackhammered yourself with a vibrator every night.
Which is why you didn’t understand why I laughed as you stuttered your way through a well-rehearsed speech about taking a break from diapers.
That you wanted to be a big girl again!
No.
Your gift to me was watching you realize that you’ll spend the prime of your life right here in your nursery, drooling from your Paci during a midday nap.
That your version of the profoundly feminine is forever an overworked, tinkle-filled diaper taped around your needy mound, your curves hugged by a soft onesie with cartoon prints on it.
You were never a big girl. Never the sexy, independent woman you thought.
Your little baby dick was never meant to satisfy women. All you can do is piss your pants and splatter the warm and soft Pampers as your now ex-girlfriend checks your diaper. Stay pussyfree, loser.
You never thought you’d be this boy, the kind who melts when she calls you a good boy, the kind who craves the softness of a diaper, the kind who lets a woman dress you up like a doll and feels alive because of it. But here you are, powdered and taped and utterly, irrevocably hers.
It started a month ago, though it feels like a lifetime. You’d seen her across the bar first, tall, effortlessly confident, the kind of woman who didn’t just enter a room but owned it. She’d caught your eye, smirked, and you’d nearly choked on your drink. You weren’t used to being the one seen. Not like that. Not with intent.
You’d gone along with it, of course. What else could you do? She’d asked, and you’d been powerless to refuse. That first date had been a blur of laughter and teasing, her voice a velvet purr as she’d leaned in and whispered, "You’re such a good boy for me, aren’t you?" The words had settled into your chest like a warm weight, pressing down on something you hadn’t even known was there. And then, oh god, then she’d praised you. Not just a casual compliment, but a slow, deliberate filling of your ears with words that made your knees weak. "I love seeing you like this." Like what? You hadn’t even known what this was yet.
But she did.
By the second date, she’d pulled out the diaper. You’d frozen, your stupid male pride flaring up like a match struck in the dark. No. No way. But she’d just smiled, her fingers tracing your jawline, her thumb brushing your bottom lip. "Trust me," she’d murmured. And you had. Because how could you not? She’d made you feel special. Appreciated. Like you were the only man in the world who could give her what she wanted.
And what she wanted was you.
The first time she’d powdered you up, you’d been a mess of nerves and embarrassment. The diaper had felt absurd, the tapes too tight, the whole thing wrong. But then she’d knelt above you, her face hovering over yours, her eyes locking onto you like she was memorizing every flicker of your expression. "Such a good boy," she’d cooed, and something inside you had snapped. Not broken, no, it was more like a door swinging open, letting in a flood of warmth, of rightness. You’d stared up at her, mesmerized, as the last of your resistance dissolved. Obedient. Hers.
It hadn’t taken long for the rest of your life to reshape itself around her. Around this.
Now, you wake up to the rustle of her sheets, the scent of her perfume still clinging to the air. She’s already dressed, her red top draped just so, the fabric clinging to her like a second skin. You’re still in last night’s diaper, the padding thick between your legs, the tapes digging gently into your hips. You wiggle experimentally, feeling the way it hugs you, the way it owns you. A shiver runs through you. You used to wake up hungover, groggy, the taste of cheap beer and regret on your tongue. Now? Now you wake up happy. Light. Like you’ve been let in on some cosmic joke the rest of the world is still too stupid to understand.
You remember the bar. The way you used to slump against the sticky counter, nursing a whiskey you didn’t really want, scanning the crowd for someone, anyone, who might make you feel less alone. You’d been so tired. Tired of the chase, tired of the rejection, tired of pretending you knew what the hell you were doing. And then she had walked in, and everything had changed.
She’d picked you. You. Out of everyone there, she’d seen you. And not just seen you, she’d chosen you. That knowledge sits in your chest like a stone, heavy and warm and perfect.
She turns now, catching you watching her. A slow, knowing smile spreads across her face. "Thinking about me, baby?" Her voice is a tease, but her eyes are soft. You nod, because what else is there to say? She knows. She always knows.
She crawls back onto the bed, her weight pressing into the mattress beside you. Her fingers trail down your chest, over the cartoon characters printed on the diaper between your legs. "You know how much I love seeing you like this?" she murmurs, and you do. You know because she tells you, often. Because she shows you, in the way her touch lingers, in the way her breath hitches when she sees you squirm, when she watches you realize, all over again, that you’re hers.
It’s not just the diapers, though god, you love the diapers. It’s the way she looks at you. Like you’re precious. Like you’re hers. Like she’s proud of you. You’ve never had anyone look at you like that before. Not your parents, not your friends, not the girls you’d stumbled through relationships with, always feeling like you were one wrong move away from them realizing you were a fraud.
But her? She looks at you like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
She leans down, pressing a kiss to your forehead. "My good boy," she sighs, and you preen under the words, your chest swelling. You used to think you wanted to be the one in control. The one calling the shots. The one who mattered. But now? Now you know the truth. This... this... is what matters. The way she makes you feel. The way she takes care of you. The way she lets you let go.
You think back to the first time she’d love-bombed you. The way she’d held your face in her hands, her thumbs brushing your cheeks, her voice a whisper. "You’re mine now," she’d said. And you’d known. Known it in your bones. Known that you’d do anything to keep that look in her eyes. Known that you’d crawl if she asked you to. Known that you were, for the first time in your life, exactly where you were meant to be.
She shifts now, her fingers toying with the tapes of your diaper. "Need a change, sweetheart?" she asks, though she already knows the answer. You do. You always do. But it’s not just about the wetness, the sagging weight between your legs. It’s about the ritual of it. The way she’ll strip you down, clean you up, powder you like you’re something delicate. The way she’ll murmur to you the whole time, her voice a soothing balm. "Such a good boy for me. My perfect little boy."
You nod, biting your lip. She grins, wicked and knowing, and reaches for the wipes.
As she works, you let your mind drift back to the bar. To the man you’d been then, tense, uncertain, always trying. Always failing. You’d been so sure you knew what you wanted. Respect. Control. A woman on your arm who’d make the other guys jealous. But you’d been chasing the wrong things. The empty things.
Now? Now you have this. The warmth of her hands. The security of her rules. The way she makes you feel like you’re the only thing in the world that matters.
She finishes taping you up, her fingers lingering on your hip. "There we go," she says, pressing a kiss to your temple. "All fresh for me."
You sigh, your body relaxing into the clean diaper, into the rightness of it all. This is your life now.
"Soon enough, you wouldn’t have any control left at all. You’d helplessly fill your diapers wherever we are, even in public and in front of friends, family, and strangers. And you’d just grow more and more embarrassed, and more and more dependent on Daddy’s kindness and care. You’d grow to love your diapers until you were nothing more than the helpless, thumb-sucking little diaper baby you’d always secretly wanted to be."
ughhh god the idea of words manipulating situations
being approached in public and told, "oh, sweetie, are you lost? where's your owner? there's no tag on your collar."
you reach to your neck. you aren't wearing a collar! but you are. there was no grandiose appearance, it's just there. she reaches under your skirt, giving a gentle, "let's check your diaper, sweetie." diaper? what is she talking about?
and there it is. unmistakably. you don't remember putting it on. you don't remember wearing it, but you also don't remember it appearing. it's seamlessly wrapped around your waist. and like clockwork, when you hear, "oh, sweet thing, you definitely need a change."
you do. you notice the sensations of a diaper that's reached the brink, but you never went, did you? how could you remember using it if you don't remember wearing it?
"i'll take care of you, tiny little thing." the woman a foot shorter says to you, but when she lifts you into her arms, she had always had about two feet on you. you could've sworn she was shorter, but what do you know?
clearly you're just a silly little pet who needs to be cared for.
Girlfriend who is so determined to get you into diapers she forcibly takes your potty training from you 😵💫 every night she pretends to go to sleep with you only to slink out of bed, coming back with a bowl of warm water. She puts your hand in it and watches as you wet the bed helplessly.
She wakes you up in the morning to show you what you’ve done and you promise her through tears it’s just a blip! “Aw baby, don’t worry! I’m sure it’s just a one off…” and here comes this but “but just in case maybe you should wear a pull up tonight?”
You don’t even question why she has pull ups just on hand but she talks you into it with that silver tongue of hers over the course of the day and you find yourself standing as she helps you into a pull up, sliding it up your hips as you stand there rethinking your life choices.
Rinse and repeat… she stands and watches as you wet your pull up, hand in the bowl again. Just as she hoped, your pull up overflows and you wet the bed anyway. This time, she wakes you up feigning concern as her lovely girlfriend is clearly a proper bedwetter now and she just must have you wear thicker padding tonight, no ifs or buts!
Again, you don’t question why she has a pack of adult diapers in the wardrobe, you’re just thankful that she’s so prepared for your accidents! Your girlfriend praises you as she tapes you, her adult partner, into a diaper! “Gosh you look so cute in this! You should totally wear these all the time!” She says as she presses a quick peck to your lips and helps you up.
She does this for months until you’re a genuine bed wetter, never waking up with a dry diaper ever again. At least you’re okay during the day right? Sure… until she starts adding those pills to your juice…
“Come on buddy, hop on the bed. I think you’re overdue a change. Even your little Dino friends passed out from the smell. The only way to revive them is to wear a Dino diapee. Good thing Dadda always has many many Pamps in stock for you, uh?
One day, maybe your dungarees will filter the smell and make it impossible to tell you filled your pants. Until then, it looks like you will remain mister stinky pants…
Let’s see…9th stinky diapee of the week! Not your record but still a very good boy for Daddy. That deserves some nice “special cuddles” with your plushie if you can make it 10 before the end of the day… after that, the counter restarts.”
Wendy looked about the parking lot trying not to let her inner voice be too harsh with her. Every problem has a solution, she reminded herself, and the consequences of her mistake and bad luck wouldn't be ruinous. That didn't stop her from feeling like a failure of a mommy.
The day had been going so well too. She'd woken up refreshed, ready to take advantage of a free day. Her husband had been a ball of sunshine from the moment she walked into his nursery, smiling ear to ear at her, grabbing his crib bars and bouncing with excitement.
The morning played out like she hoped most mornings would when she decided to regress her husband back to adult toddlerhood. He behaved during his morning diaper change and breakfast, only pouting a little when she told him he'd have oatmeal for breakfast again, but soon smiling and giggling as she airplained the whole bowl into his mouth. He didn't whine when she put him in an extra thick diaper and crinkly plastic pants or complain about the bright yellow onesie and green shortalls as too babyish. He even thanked her when she attached the pacifier ribbon to his shortalls.
She'd beamed at her hubby standing there in his adorable outfit with his velcro shoes, his diaper bulging out around his waist, sucking his pacifier and clutching his favorite stuffy. She wanted to just eat him up he was so cute! Then she looked at her phone and realized how behind they were on her schedule for the day, so she hastily grabbed the diaper bag by the door and ushered him into her car.
Wendy's good mood grew when her hubby practically bolted out of the car after she parked. They'd gone on strolls and picnics here well before he was back in pampers but Wendy didn't think he'd ever been happier at the park than he was that morning. She'd been relieved, he could still be self conscious in public. She'd been an early adopter of adult baby treatment in their area, so it had been a while before he got to see anyone else his age being treated like a big baby. Wendy didn't see any of that hesitancy now though. She let her husband run around at first, then she took him on a short walk before ushering him to the empty playground. His squeals of joy as he pumped his legs on the swing melted Wendy's heart.
She'd been reluctant to tell him that they would need to go soon, but she was still trying to keep to her schedule for the day and lunch time was coming up. "Come on baby, we need to get some nummies in you before you get cranky."
"Do we hafta go now though?" The wide eyed pleading look he gave her almost made her change her mind, not quite though.
"We've got yummy food at home baby, and we can always come back!" She probed between the snaps of his shortalls and onesie. "Ooh we got a wet diaper hun! Luckily it's not too wet and you've got these new thick diapies so you can go straight in your high chair when we get home."
He took her hand and they started walking toward the car. She felt him start to lag behind after a few paces and slow down until he wasn't moving at all. She turned to let him know that they were going home now no matter how slow he walked. He face was puckered and red, he was slowly squatting slightly and standing up, grunting every time he lowered himself. After a few repetitions he remained in his squat for a few moments than slowly stood up.
"It looks like somebody went poopy." Wendy bent down and sniffed his bottom. "Smells like it too! Did you go poopy in your diapie baby? Did you make a stinky diaper so we could stay at the park longer?"
Her husband had giggled and shook his head. "Nuh huh just hadda go," he said shyly.
Wendy had been so proud in that moment of her husband no longer hesitating at all filling his diaper in public. While not thrilled to delay returning home to change a dirty diaper she thought she'd at least be able to verify the park now had an adult changing table in the family restroom, or she'd get to do her first back seat poopy diaper change.
Back at the car she'd stared at the nearly empty diaper bag. She saw the wipes, the powder, the rash cream. She saw the extra rattle, the old bag of cheerios she should really throw away, but no diapers. She'd recounted going into the nursery, reaching under the changing table, and grabbing a stack of diapers. She'd taken them back to the front door, put them down next to the diaper bag...
Wendy smacked her forehead when she remembered turning around and saw her husband standing in the doorway looking so adorable. She'd taken out her phone to take a picture, then looked at the time, and in a hurry had snatched up the diaperless diaper bag and hustled them to the car.
She'd forced a smile on her face and turned to face her husband. "Change of plans baby! We're gonna go straight home and take care of your icky diaper!" He's not that poopy, she'd thought, and it's not like he usually minds anyways. She'd have rather avoided a car ride smelling a poopy diaper, but they were only 10 minutes from their house. So she'd helped him in the back, grimacing a bit when she heard his diaper squish against the seat.
When she heard the engine sputter when she turned to key, Wendy put her head on the steering wheel. A dead batter, she left her head there and turned the key a few more times.
Her husband's whimpers in the backseat had brought her back to reality. She turned to see him sniffling in the backseat. "It's ok baby, just a little car trouble. I'll get this sorted soon, don't you worry."
"P-po-poopy Mommy, gotta go poo poo." He whimpered around his thumb.
Wendy hurried getting him out of the backseat and as soon as she did he grimaced, squatted again with his butt sticking out far behind him, and noisily went about messing his diaper again. Wendy rubbed his back as she did, hoping his diaper would hold.
So here she was, a big baby husband in desparate need of a change, one dead car battery, and no diapers.
Ok, I can blame myself later for all this, what do I do now? She glanced back at her husband, whimpering now, clutching his stuffy, and wandering aimlessly around. She wanted to comfort him and let him suckle, but she didn't want to risk any other accidents in his diaper.
It was about 30 minutes to walk back to their house, far too long after he'd already tired himself out. Her mom was out of town. Their neighbor Mia who sometimes babysat was working today. She could call a car, but what driver would take an adult baby with a loaded diaper?
Suddenly Wendy spotted a car driving towards them and park. Two young women got out of the car and starting walking towards them. They both noticed Wendy and waived at her then one wrinkled her nose before spotting Wendy's husband, the women the ribbed her friend.
"Oh uh excuse me! Sorry to bother you two but I'm in a bit a bind," Wendy walked a bit towards the young women, guessing they were in or just out of college, she nodded to her husband. "We were just on our way home but I think I've got a dead battery, you don't happen to have jumper cables do you?"
The first women to notice them was covering her nose, while the other seemed to stunned to move. "I'm Wendy by the way, and this is Petey, my husband."
The women with her nose covered ribbed her friend again, "like your brother," she said and nodded toward Petey who seemed to be trying to shrink where he stood.
The ribbed women seemed to leave her stupor. "Right yeah, we can help. I'm Rachel, and this" she handed her friend her car keys, "is Maddie. Maddie go bring the car closer. I've got cables in the trunk."
Maddie waved her hand in front of her nose and hustled back to Rachel's car. Rachel crossed her arms and looked to Petey and Wendy.
"Thank you so much! I was wondering what I was going to do. I can't believe it but I forgot to pack spare diapers. See my husband is..."
"Yeah my brother is the same. His wife put him back in diapers full time a few months ago. I was telling Maddie I just started to babysit him."
Wendy nodded and looked back at her hubby Petey, now with his back to them, pretending to look at the grass and occasionally touching the seat of his droopy diaper. She couldn't help but smile.
"Ah the first few months of diapers can be tough. It gets easier, though there are still hiccups, like leaving the house without diapers!"
"Don't beat yourself up. It seems like a lot, My sister-i-law definitely had her hands full. Still I'm glad she did, someone should've put him back in diapers years ago." Both women laughed at that.
Maddie pulled the car next to Wendy's and the women went about attaching the jumper cables. Wendy was whispering into Petey's ear and rubbing his back when she heard Rachel cry out. "I've got one! I wasn't sure but one left!" Wendy looked up to see Rachel holding a large diaper in one hand.
"Oh my god, it's a miracle!" Wendy. She turned to her husband. "Petey baby this nice lady who's helping us also has a diaper. Say thank you baby."
"Fank you," her poor stinky husband looked down and the dirt.
Wendy quickly ushered Petey onto his back in the back seat. Wordlessly Rachel handed Wendy the diaper and got in the front seat while Maddie started Rachel's car.
Wendy opened up Petey's diaper and quickly got to work, grateful that she'd at least packed wipes. "God I can smell it from over here! Is your brother this bad?" She heard Maddie from the other car over the sound of the engine.
Wendy didn't pay her any mind, and luckily Petey was distracted again by his stuffy while she cleaned him up. She started to laugh, the day had felt like whiplash. Now here she was, cleaning up an extra dirty diaper, happier than she'd been all morning.
"Wuz funny mommy?" Petey looked down at her. "Oh nothing baby, mommy's just happy getting you all nice and clean!" She taped up the diaper and balled up his used one. "Be a big bou and help mommy throw your icky diapie away ok baby?"
Petey walked toward the nearest trash can and Wendy turned to the young women. "I'm sure it wasn't what you were expecting today but that you both so much!"
Rachel had out her phone, "Yeah, here's my number by the way, I should put you in touch with my sister-in-law, you can swap tips and have... playdates I guess."
Wendy put Rachel's number in her phone. "Plus she's an adult baby sitter now so if you want a break just call her!" Maddie smiled and Rachel rolled her eyes.
Petey walked back all smiles. Wendy thanks them again, buckled him in and got back in the front seat.
"Ok baby, let's go home and get you that lunch now!"
"Can we come back afta dat?"
Wendy laughed as she backed out of the spot. Maybe tomorrow, she thought, but I'm putting a pack of diapers in the trunk before we go anywhere else.
The third and final case was located in a private observation wing known simply as “the Nest.” I was escorted alone. My guide, a nurse with soft footsteps and no name tag, spoke only once, right before unlocking the door.
“She doesn’t need an audience. She doesn’t even know what that is anymore.”
Inside, the air felt heavier. Not from any scent or temperature, but from the weight of stillness. Time moved slower in this room.
Cora lay cradled in a custom-built crib, the kind you’d expect in a neonatal unit: high mesh walls, built-in monitoring, and dimmed, sunset-colored lighting. Her onesie was slightly oversized, short-sleeved, with faded pastel suns and rainbows across the chest. The snaps were undone at the crotch, revealing the thick, medical-grade padding underneath.
She wasn’t restrained.
She didn’t need to be.
Her limbs moved in gentle, aimless arcs, not seeking, not resisting. Her thumb brushed the corner of her lips, missing her mouth entirely. Her head turned slowly toward the mobile above her, though her eyes never focused.
Cora did not speak. She did not babble. There was no trace of awareness in the traditional sense. What she displayed instead was something almost more unsettling — a total surrender to the environment. No fear. No pride. No question. Only rhythm.
She wet herself shortly after I arrived.
There was no hesitation. No visible distress. Just a soft hiss in the quiet and the subtlest shift in her legs as the warmth settled in. The nurse, still standing beside me, observed her body carefully but made no move to intervene.
“We don’t rush changes at this stage,” she said in a calm, practiced voice. “Letting her feel it reinforces sensory placement. She needs to notice, even if she doesn’t understand what’s happening.”
I asked how long she had been in this state.
“Seventy-three days,” the nurse answered. “But she started detaching about three weeks in.”
Cora’s pacifier fell from her mouth, bouncing once against the crib mattress. She didn’t react. The nurse gently replaced it and brushed Cora’s hair back with her fingers, the same way you would comfort a newborn after a startle reflex.
Her eyelids fluttered.
And then she smiled.
It was small. Fleeting. But it was real. And it didn’t seem to be for us… not for our benefit at least. It was internal. Whatever music she heard, whatever comfort she felt, it was hers alone.
I stood there longer than I meant to. The sight of her, undone but peaceful, left an ache I couldn’t categorize. I felt it behind my ribs. In my throat. And somewhere low in my belly.
There was no violence here. No punishment. Just a system so perfected it no longer needed discipline. Only routine. Only softness. Only surrender.
When we left the room, I didn’t look back.
I was afraid she might blink.
Or that she wouldn’t

No "ifs," no "ands," no "buts." This isn’t a negotiation. This isn’t a phase. This is your reality now, and the sooner you accept it, the easier it will be for both of us. You don’t get to argue, to bargain, or to pretend this is temporary. It isn’t. You’re here because you need to be here. Because you’ve proven, time and time again, that you can’t be trusted to manage even the simplest parts of your own life.
So let’s start with the basics.
You no longer wear “grown-up” underwear. Those days are over. No more briefs, no more boxers, no more pretending you’re something you’re not. From now on, your bottom is wrapped in thick, crinkly diapers, diapers that will hold everything you can’t. And you will fill them. You’ll wet them when you’re nervous, when you’re excited, when you’re just sitting there, squirming in your seat because you’ve forgotten how to do anything else. You’ll mess them when you’re overwhelmed, when you’re tired, when you’ve had too much to eat and your body decides for you. And you won’t ask. You won’t dare to ask. Because good boys don’t ask. Good boys let their caregivers handle it.
And you? You’re not a good boy yet. But you will be.
You are not trusted to manage your bathroom needs. That’s why you’re in diapers. That’s why, when you shift in your seat, when you clench your thighs together, when you whimper because you feel it coming and you know you can’t stop it, no one will rush to help you. You’ll sit there, your face burning, your diaper swelling, and you’ll learn. You’ll learn that resistance is useless. That your body doesn’t belong to you anymore. It belongs to us. To the people who know what’s best for you.
You are not trusted to regulate your emotions, either. When you pout, when you cross your arms and try to look defiant, when you stomp your foot like a child throwing a tantrum, we’ll just laugh. Because that’s what you are. A child. A little boy who doesn’t know how to behave, who needs firm hands to guide him, to remind him of his place. And when you cry? Oh, you’ll cry. You’ll cry when you’re frustrated, when you’re embarrassed, when you realize just how small you’ve become. But no one will comfort you. Not the way you want. Instead, you’ll get a pacifier pressed between your lips, a bottle shoved into your hands, a firm voice telling you to settle down. And you will. Because you have no other choice.
You function best when someone else is fully in control. That’s the truth you’ve been running from. You like it when decisions are made for you. When you don’t have to think, to worry, to try. When you can just… let go. And that’s exactly what you’re going to do here. You’ll let go of your pride, your dignity, your silly little delusions of independence. You’ll let us dress you, feed you, clean you up when you’ve made a mess of yourself. You’ll let us decide when you eat, when you nap, when you’re allowed to speak. And you’ll be better for it. Happier. Because deep down, you’ve always known this is what you needed. Someone to take the reins. Someone to remind you, every single day, that you’re not in charge anymore.
You will be changed, fed, dressed, and quieted as needed. Not as requested. Not when you beg. Not when you think you’ve earned it. When we decide it’s time. When we say you’ve been good enough, or when we simply feel like it. You’ll lie on the changing table, your legs kicking uselessly as we wipe you clean, as we powder your skin, as we slide a fresh diaper beneath you and tape it snugly around your waist. And you’ll stay still. You’ll take it. Because that’s what good boys do.
And humiliation? Oh, sweet, naive thing. Humiliation isn’t a punishment here. It’s a reminder. A reminder of who you are. Of why you’re wrapped in plastic and tape, why you’re drinking from a sippy cup, why you’re sitting in a high chair while the world moves on without you. It’s a reminder that you don’t get to be ashamed. You don’t get to be anything but what we say you are. And what we say you are is this: a baby. A little boy who needs to be taken care of. Who wants to be taken care of, even if he won’t admit it yet.
So here’s your first lesson: Stop fighting it.
The diaper between your legs isn’t going anywhere. The bottle in your hands isn’t a suggestion. The way the other boys look at you, the way the caregivers smile when you squirm, the way your own body betrays you again and again, none of it is an accident. It’s design. And you? You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Lia sleepily pushed herself up off the ground, one hand rising in a balled fist to wipe off her eyes. She felt...strange, somehow. Her thoughts felt like big, clumsy wooden blocks, awkwardly clattering around in her brain. She sat up straight, and felt something weird and soft squish between her butt and the ground. She sleepily looked down and saw something puffy and white where her pants used to be. Was it...?
"Good morning, sleeping beauty," She looked towards the source of the voice to see a grown-up crouching down to get to her eye level. Standing behind were two other grown-ups. Wasn't she a grown-up too? She didn't get it. "Sleep well?"
"Uh-huh...Sweep good..." She murmured. She remembered who these grown-ups were. He was Blake, and the other two were her other friends, Ellen and Isaac. Ellen was holding a little black box and pointing it at her...a phone! It was a phone! She tried to remember what was going on. They had been hanging out and...and...something. "Got a...diapie," She said in a shy voice, clumsily pointing a finger down towards the white thing she was wearing. "You're right, it is a diaper! When did you get so smart, huh?" Blake praised her. She permitted herself a shy grin. She liked being smart.
But her grin fell as she heard a small snicker from behind Blake. She pointed at Ellen with an insistent finger. "Blake...she...she laughed!" Lia fussed. "Ignore her, Lia, she's just being silly. Look, there's something on your diaper. Can you tell me what it is?" Lia looked down, furrowing her brow. He was right. There was a promenade of cheerful-looking yellow blobs marching across the front. She wracked her brain...could they be...? "Duckies...?" She asked uncertainly.
"Yes! And one do duckies say?" Blake asked. Spurred on by her successes, Lia broke into a grin. "Quack! Quack quack!" She cheered, bouncing up and down and flapping her arms to complete the effect. "Yes! Good job, Lia!" Ellen said, clapping her free hand against the wrist of the hand she was holding her phone with. "She really does know her duckies." Isaac added. The obvious mirth in their voices was completely lost on Lia, who joyfully soaked up the praise, sticking her fingers in her mouth triumphantly.
"Oh, no, let's not chew on our fingers, ok?" Blake said, gently pulling her hand out of her mouth and wiping the drool off of her chin with the sleeve of her shirt. "Not very hygienic." Lia whined in protest, but let him pull them away. Isaac and Ellen, no longer worried about spooking her, came over and sat down on the floor, getting down on her level. "Do you remember why you're in a diaper, Lia?" Isaac asked.
"....Nuh-uh." She shook her head.
Isaac gave her a little grin. "You said something really silly, Lia. Do you remember what you said?" Lia pondered for a minute. "...no 'member". She said finally. "Well, you said that...Oh, Blake, look. She's chewing her fingers again." She looked down at herself. She was.
"Oh, Lia." Blake sighed. "I think she just needs something to occupy her mouth. Ellen, I'm pretty sure I saw something in that box next to you?" Ellen slid over and rifled through a cardboard box on the floor, pulling out a soft-looking yellow plastic ring. Lia's eyes lit up. "Oh-oh-oh. I think someone wants a teether." Ellen sing-songed. Lia nodded, reaching for it with her free hand. "Okay, Lia, but you have to promise you'll chew on this, and not your fingers, ok?"
"Pwomise," Lia nodded eagerly, and Ellen handed it to her. Lia popped her fingers out of her mouth and bit down on the teether ring, chewing on it contentedly.
"Now where was I...oh, yeah." Isaac said. "You said something realllly silly, Lia. Super-duper silly. We were talking about hypnosis, and you said you didn't think it worked." Lia giggled around her teether. That did sound silly! Not that she really knew what hypnosis...was, exactly. But Isaac sounded like he did, and he was a grown-up, so he must know lots of stuff.
"So," Isaac continued. "We bet that I could hypnotize you. And...it kinda looks like it worked. Didn't it, huh? Didn't it?" He punctuated his story by lunging forward and giving her a sudden tickle under the chin, making her squeal and squirm. "Stoooop!" She whined mirthfully, and all 3 grown-ups laughed. "She's so cute like this," Ellen gushed. "I just hope she doesn't murder us when it wears off."
"I'm sure she'll see the humor in it." Blake shrugged. "At least she'll know not to let anyone hypnotize her from now on."
Lilly giggled as she stirred her tea, watching Adam waddle into the living room, his thick, crinkly diaper peeking out from under his tiny shorts. His pacifier bobbed in his mouth as he clutched his stuffed bunny, completely oblivious to the world outside his little bubble.
Rebecca shook her head, sipping her own drink. "I still can’t believe he used to work in an office. Like, actual adults trusted him with spreadsheets and deadlines. Can you imagine?" She smirked, her eyes flicking to Adam as he plopped down on the floor, immediately rolling onto his back and kicking his legs in the air.
Lilly snorted. "Oh, I can. He’d sit there in his little cubicle, all serious, pretending he wasn’t secretly counting down the minutes until he could go home, strip off his ‘big boy pants,’ and get back into something proper." She mimicked Adam’s old work voice, deep and professional: "‘Yes, sir, I’ll have those reports to you by EOD.’" Then she switched to a high-pitched, babyish tone: "‘Mmm, but first, num-nums and nap-nap!’"
Rebecca burst out laughing. "And now look at him. Mr. Diaperbutt himself, the king of sticky messes and pacifier drool. I bet his old boss would have a heart attack if they saw him now." She leaned forward, her tone dripping with mock sympathy. "Poor thing. All that stress, all that responsibility… and for what?"
Adam, hearing his name, turned his head toward them, his eyes wide and innocent. He pulled the pacifier out of his mouth with a wet pop. "Mmmf? Whassat?"
Lilly reached over and booped his nose. "Nothing, Cutie Pie. Just talking about how very important you used to be. Before you realized your true calling." She glanced at Rebecca, both of them grinning. "Honestly, sometimes i seems like a miracle he ever got dressed in the morning. I bet half his paycheck went to coffee just to keep him from napping at his desk."
Rebecca nodded sagely. "And the other half went to adult diapers. Because let’s be real... he was always a big baby. They just didn’t know it yet."
Adam cooed, kicking his feet happily, as if he understood every word. Then, with a sudden, mischievous glint in his eye, he rolled onto his stomach and started army-crawling toward them, his diaper crinkling loudly with every movement.
Lilly sighed, shaking her head. "Look at him. He’s so proud of himself. ‘Look, Mommy, I’m crawling! Aren’t I such a good boy?’"
Rebecca rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide her smile. "He’s lucky he’s cute."
Lilly laughed, reaching down to ruffle Adam’s hair. "Oh, he knows he’s adorable. That’s why he’s always got that smug little ‘I’m a baby and you love me’ look on his face."
And as if on cue, Adam grinned up at them, his pacifier back in his mouth, his eyes sparkling with the kind of joy only a truly content little could have.

The sun filters through the tent window, painting the seat in warm, golden streaks. I glance at him, my boy, sitting there in his colorful onesie, the soft crinkle of his fresh diaper barely audible. His fingers trace the fuzzy ear of his teddy, his lips moving in a silent conversation only the two of them understand. A pacifier bobs gently between his teeth, and his eyes are bright, alive in a way I’ve never seen them when he was buried in spreadsheets or lost in the weight of adult expectations.
For a second, my chest tightens. Did I take too much from him? The thought slithers in, unwelcome but persistent. His books, his job, his sharp mind... all of it traded for the simplicity of stuffed animals and the security of a thick, snug diaper. I stole his maturity, his independence, his potty training, even his ability to fall asleep without his plush bear tucked under his arm. Was it fair? Was it right?
I watch his thumb press into the teddy’s paw, his other hand patting his padded bottom absently, as if reassuring himself it’s still there. The guilt coils tighter. Maybe I should have let him choose. Maybe I should have given him a chance to find happiness on his own terms, as a "big boy."
But then he giggles. A real, unguarded sound, so pure it makes my throat ache. His whole body wiggles with delight as he points at something outside the window, his voice muffled around the pacifier. And just like that, the doubt dissolves.
I know, deep down, that he never would have found this joy on his own. Not like this. Not with the same unshakable, childlike wonder. The world was too heavy for him before, too full of expectations and exhaustion. And now? Now he’s light. Free. Happy in a way that feels almost sacred.
My fingers twitch toward him, itching to ruffle his hair, to pull him closer. This is where he belongs. This is where he’s meant to be. And if that makes me the villain in someone else’s story? So be it. Because in this moment, with the sun on his face and his heart so full it’s practically glowing, I know I made the right choice.
Morning, baby. Another wet night? Scooch over here and let me check your diaper. Not that I really need to. Our whole bedroom smells like my nephew’s nursery…
Yep, completely soaked. Again. Ugh, do you know how embarrassing it is having a boyfriend who still wets the bed? My mom and sister laughed themselves silly when I told them about your babyish little problem.
Yes of course I told them, honey. I don't keep secrets from my family. Besides, they’d have found out anyway. That’s seven wet nights in a row, which means you start wearing your extra thick nighttime diapers during the day as well. They’re going to be pretty tricky to hide!
The mall was alive with noise, chatter, laughter, the clatter of shopping carts, and the distant hum of a children’s play area. You sat in the stroller, your shortalls buldging just enough to hint at the thick, crinkly diaper beneath. The plastic seat was uncomfortable, but that wasn’t why you were squirming. No, it was the way your body had been betraying you all afternoon, the way your hips kept lifting, the way your fingers kept twitching toward the front of your diaper, rubbing, pressing, needing.
Mommy pushed you forward, her voice light as she chatted with a friend on the phone. You bit your lip, trying to ignore the growing pressure, the way your diaper seemed to beg for attention. But it was no use. The crinkle of the padding was too loud, too tempting. You shifted again, your thighs pressing together, your hips rolling subtly against the seat. The friction was maddening, but it wasn’t enough. You needed more.
Your breath hitched as you finally gave in, your body taking over. You humped the seat of the stroller, your diaper crinkling obscenely with every movement. The sound was unmistakable, the noise drawing a few curious glances from passersby. Your face burned, but you couldn’t stop. Your hips lifted, your body arching as you ground against the plastic, your fingers digging into the armrests. The pleasure coiled tight in your stomach, your breath coming in ragged, desperate pants.
And then...
"Nngh...M-Mommy"
Your voice broke, the words tumbling out as your body shuddered. Your toes curled in your shoes, your back arching as the wave crashed over you. Your diaper was warm, sticky, the padding clinging to you as you collapsed back against the seat, panting. The stroller was a mess. You were a mess.
Mommy finally noticed. She ended her call, her eyebrows raising as she took in the scene. She sighed, shaking her head.
"Oh, baby," she cooed, her voice dripping with amusement. "Did you make cummies?"
You whimpered, your face burning as she wheeled you toward the family restroom. The automatic doors hissed open, and Mommy didn’t waste a second. She lifted you onto the folding table, her hands deft as she unsnapped your shortalls and tugged them down, leaving you in nothing but your soaked, sticky diaper and your t-shirt. The cool air of the restroom hit your exposed skin, but it did little to cool the heat in your face.
"Look at you," Mommy murmured, her fingers pressing into the front of your diaper. The padding squelched under her touch, and you let out a whine, your hips jerking involuntarily. "All sticky. Did you think you could just do that out there, in front of everyone?"
You shook your head, your voice lost somewhere between shame and pleasure. Mommy tsked, her fingers lingering as she rubbed the front of your diaper, making you squirm.
"Naughty boys don’t get to hide their diapers," she said, her voice firm but fond. She grabbed a fresh diaper from her bag, the crinkle of the packaging loud in the small room. You watched, mortified, as she peeled the tapes off your ruined diaper, the sticky sound filling the air. The cool wipes she used to clean you up were a small relief, but the embarrassment was overwhelming.
She took her time, powdering you thoroughly before fitting the fresh diaper beneath you. The new padding was thick, the tapes snug as she secured them. You wiggled, the crinkle of the clean diaper a stark contrast to the sticky mess you’d made.
"There we go," Mommy said, patting your thigh. "All fresh and clean. For now."
She didn’t bother pulling your shortalls back up. Instead, she simply lifted you back into the stroller, leaving your thick, babyish diaper on full display. The restroom door swung open as she wheeled you out, the noise of the mall rushing back in. You could feel the eyes on you, the way people’s gazes lingered on the obvious bulk between your legs. Your face burned, but Mommy just laughed, her hand resting on your shoulder.
"Let’s go, baby," she said, her voice sweet.
And with that, she pushed you forward, the stroller rolling through the crowd, your diaper crinkling with every movement. You wanted to disappear, but beneath the humiliation, there was something else... something warm, something right. This was your place.
