Artist note: Finally got enough inspiration/motivation to finish this little guy! It's one of quite a few movie refs I make in that story. They were pretty fun to write!

I wouldn't dare say that to be "a true Pennywise fan" you have to love or hate him for X or Y reason, as that would be too egocentric of me.

Besides, there are two versions you might like: the canon Pennywise and the fanon Pennywise, You might like just one or both.

And if you like both, you might like them equally or one more than the other. The only thing I consider important is that you remember that the canon Pennywise differs greatly from the fanon Pennywise, so you won't be surprised when you read the book or when there are more episodes of IT: Welcome to Derry.

You might even just be a Pennywise fan for aesthetic reasons, and I think that's perfectly fine too. I'm a fan of several characters and things just for aesthetic reasons, lol.

And I think it's more than obvious that in my case my favorite Pennywise is the canon one, and that doesn't make me much more of a "real" fan than those who prefer the fanon one lol
