I’m on a little trip with my family. We just visited the arch in Missouri and there was a little painting station- you like.. paint a tile and they put it in a mural for the 4th.

I took AP ceramics this year, and I think.. now that my portfolio is in I can actually post these?

my theme was the extinction of dinosaurs and their evolution into birds? I had one other piece, but it wasn’t finished and I think it was thrown away 🥀

the last piece- the archaeopteryx with the feathers- I used real feathers that my friend collected from a rescue she works at, and feathers from my own bird

the nanuqsaurus- the second piece- was supposed to have two other dinosaurs with it, but I wasn’t able to finish those in time. I don’t want to leave it incomplete, so maybe I’ll find a ceramic studio near me that’ll let me just sculpt lol—

these are all just sitting on the floor in my room lol— idk what to do with them

I thought of a Dinosaur Train AU and it's driving me nuts, so I thought I'd make it a little comic- I'm still.. working on it- it won't be very long, but I started making refs--

Tiny was a struggle- I did hers while I was still loopy after getting my wisdom teeth out and I'm too lazy to go back and fix it lol--

I graduated high school- woot woot- so hopefully I'll be able to start posting more consistently again. I've missed interacting with people on here.

I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday, so I will be doing next to nothing for the next week, so I'll try to get some stuff queued up or something--

I have never done comic stuff before and I'm quite intimidated to even try, I struggle a lot with composition, spatiality and to depict scenes due to aphantasia, I've only been a character designer so far and I don't know where to get enough references without becoming a 3D modeler and how do you know how to use which symbols for movement and all that, plus my perfectionism is driving me crazy, but a comic doesn't have to be perfectly drawn right ? augh.. so this is more or less a test thing I guess.. criticism is welcomed.. And instead of "dac au" I will name it now Anthelion Au.
