I sense a fellow Jhariah enjoyer. thank u for your tags :). a lot of Jhariah’s songs remind me of leo, like bigshot [How come they don't ever call back to me? Will I ever know you're close or die waiting for your attention?]

and re concerns OF COURSE. it is so full of ire and self hatred. i treat it both as conversation between leo and his future self and between leo and his brain bugs. any form of leo on leo violence is welcomed. i am so normal about this song i drew multiple things for it. no god could abandon him enough times

throws my hands into the air in a cheer FELLOW JHARIAH FAN !!!!!! dude i agree So Much ive already got like five jhariah songs on the leo playlist (flight of the crows is my number one but maybe later dance is my second fav for him) but i have a problem where i jam too hard to jhariah songs and the lyrics dont process bc Bad Auditory Processing so ive somehow missed all the ones youve pointed out WHICH !! IS ALSO A GOOD THING THOUGH im pumped as hell to dig into those knowing you hear leo in them Omg

NO GOD COULD ABANDON HIM ENOUGH TIMES AUGGHFH EXACTLY !!!!!!! leo on leo violence means things to me for system leo reasons <- projector extraordinaire but also its just so. truly genuinely an integral part of who he is. so of course its a conversation between every version of leo and himself, because what version of him wouldnt want to drown him in rightful guilt?

COMPARING HKM TO A PARASITIC BIRD OUHHH EXACTLY !! to be so useless and harmful you do nothing except steal energy. except parasites have a role in the circle of life and etc etc the bawling into my hands insisting he can be good and loved part of the story that finds its way into every part of my writing WORKFKJ

okay okay but Consider.... fire4fun for mikey. but frankly leo fits too. it feels so high energy that your blood starts to boil and its how i feel mikey feels during anxiety or big emotions тм. this song feels like a headache and i love it

you are sooo right about not processing lyrics in songs, but in jhariahs case when I go and read them it usually only elevates the experience. i really like how dramatic, dynamic and emotional his songs are. he puts his whole soul into them and im normal about it

i like to listen his live recordings too cause they usually even more crazy with that (i highly recommend split. MAN i love split. and flight of the crows. and-)

actually let me just yap about my favorites real quick: the lesson in dramatics is so bitter and at the end dissolves into open visceral despair grggrgrgrr

and change of pace is longing and melancholic, and the great tale of how i ruined it all is so mournful and resigned, and bad luck! is cool as hell (and also has this part at the end that feels like a different song completely. love when it happens. "thank you for enduring me as long as you did")

and whose eye is it anyway??? has very radchorus change each time and feels like battle music (when you seek vengeance you must dig two graves!)

i mentioned bigshot previously and its my second favorite song for leo, cause. big talk, big shot. he got raveled up in a tangle of did-nots dude /goes insane
