I have prosthetic mechanical hands, both in fiction and real life. In fiction they can fire out on cables i call reel back in. In fiction my hands can explode and regenerate.
I do a lot of parkour in real life, it's my passion. I'm also a highly experienced Wushu martial artist. I'm athletic so my fictional self is fast.
My fictional persona has the superpower of black pepper. As a powder, it can move like a liquid but also lock together as a solid. They can also ignite the dust as fuel for fire or make small explosions. I say explosions but it's more like a floom than a kaboom.
In fiction, technically my whole body is made of black pepper. In fiction, my clothes are necessary for maintaining my physical form. Just like in real life they have an armoured lining. It's not just chainmail but it is similar. It's more like snake scales, tiny overlapping triangular metal plates. It means I'm cut-proof, mildly projectile-proof, but not impact proof.
