With what he remembers about him, Apollo wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. His family lived the baking life now though, didn't they? Maybe someone was trying to sue them. Whatever the reason for Wocky's visit, it surely was unexpected.

"Hey Apollo! Anything you need?"
"--Oh, hey. I think I need some help finding that evidence Trucy made disappear earlier. Turns out it wasn't as useless as she assumed it was."
"Well⊠wait," the young not-attorney glances into the office, then turns back to Apollo, "No, weâre in my alternateâs time right now, I think. And⊠well, Iâm from the past, sort of, but in a different timeline." He was far too used to explaining this, even if he was getting sloppy about it.
"Wanna come in the office and see? I think it looks different in the future. Depending on the future." He frowns in thought before stepping back, letting Apollo see the old office if he wanted.
Yup, this certainly was a sloppy way of explaining things to somebody who had little to no knowledge of alternate timelines. It didn't seem as though he was lying to him though, so he would just have to grasp at what was given to him.
"I guess I could take a look at the office. If it's the exact same way it was when I left though, I'm going home for the evening." If the office wasn't the exact same way it was when he left, well he wouldn't know what to do.
Apollo took a step into the office and took in the view. "...It actually looks like an office." It lost some of the coziness the Anything Agency had, that's for sure. It had more of a business-like effect to it, although it was still messy.
Her hands let go of her jacket and flew up to her face.
"Glowing?!" She asked, which caused her to glow even brighter.
She had a feeling this was the case, as it had been commented on a few times.
"It.. it isnât too obvious, is it?"Â
He was definitely making things worse, wasn't he? The glow on her face could answer that easily.
"Yeah it's pretty obvious. Do you need to, uh, cool down?"Â
With her jacket not as tight on her anymore, he could just get a small peak of the chest. It was an actual wooden chest. On her chest. He decided not to dwell on it for right now, especially since it was out of the corner f his eye that he saw it. Plus he had already made the situation pretty bad.
"Do you want some water, or maybe a wet cloth?"
She looks at this stranger in front of her, gripping the jacket Odin gave her tightly to cover the drawer on her chest.Â
"Can I.. help you?" She asked, brows furrowed.
"Yes. I mean no. I mean...your face is sort of glowing."
He adverts his gaze and rubs the back of his neck. Way to just blurt stuff out like that, Justice. But really, maybe it wasn't a good thing that bright blotches were on her face? Maybe she needed help.

"Uh, Clay? Mind if I hang out at your place for a while? Some stuff is happening back at my place and I'd really rather not be in the middle of it..." Bratty kids, kids stealing his stuff (namely hair products), and kids who enjoyed picking fights. Definitely not his cup of tea.
"Huh? Oh, no, Iâm not a lawyer yet! You must know an older me," he explains with a smile. Really, Phoenix is far too used to all this time shenanigan business to even be phased.
"Sorry! Uh, but if you wander around randomly for awhile, you might get back to your time. That works for me sometimes!" This is meant to be helpful, not alarming. Good job, Feenie.
Oh as if Apollo was going to let that just slip by. "Wait. No. Stop. What do you mean I'll get back to 'my time'? And an older you?" There was definitely something going on, and it  was leaning towards bonkers. Or rather that's what he was thinking about Mr. Wright's mind at the moment. Hopefully this was just some sort of midlife crisis, or maybe he was sleep deprived and spent the night watching the sci-fi network.
"Hey âPollo! Heh, Iâm getting there. Wouldnât want to let you down now, would I? The trainingâs pretty hard, but itâs gonna be so worth it when I finally get to space, man!
What about you, Mr. Fancy Attorney? Have you shown them youâre the best defense attorney the nationâs ever seen?!â
"You could never let me down, just as long as you're doing your best! I fully believe in you, you're going to be up with all those stars before you know it!
Me? No, not yet. Mr. Gavin says I'm going to represent someone in court tomorrow, though. A friend of his, actually. If that's not nerve wrecking then I don't know what is..."

"Hey, welcome to the Wright & Co. Law offices! The, um, actual lawyers are out right now, but⊠but if you need something then I can help!" barks an excitably young man in front of the office door at the visitor in question. What a greeting!
Apollo couldn't help but stare at the man standing before him. He just had to take a good long look before he could say or do anything. "You're an actual lawyer too, Mr. Wright." Or at least Apollo thought so? Mr. Wright certainly did seem a little...younger. "Is this some sort of prank?"

"Mr. Gavin, is that you? What are you doing out of prison?" Every bone in his body was telling him to run, even his own mind was screaming at him for not already having left the area. But Apollo was honestly curious as to know why his ex-boss was let out of prison. There was no way they would ever let him out after all the things that he had done.

Finally, after a long day of boring paperwork and idle chitchat with Charley, people were starting to walk into the office. "Welcome to the Wright Anything Agency. Happen to need any legal help?"
Despite the fact that it was only the second of November, no matter what television channel Apollo flipped to, Christmas was mentioned. Whether it be a Christmas special, an advertisement promoting some sort of festive deal, or a Christmas song blasting its way through his channel surfing, it was there.
With an irritated sigh, he slumped back onto the couch and turned off the television. "At this rate I'm going to end up hating Christmas..." He mumbled to himself as he looked at the blank screen that sat in front of him.
Pearls is too busy rubbing the belly of a calico kitten. A kitten that is purring very loudly.
She doesnât notice the person standing nearby.
Apollo was standing next Pearl, watching her pet the calico kitten that strikes a shocking resemblance to his own cat. Of course Mikeko was slightly older and dare he say cuter. After a moment he crouched down, tempted himself to pet the kitten.
"Do they have a name yet?" He asked, his voice not as loud as they usually were. It was mainly due to the fact he didn't want to scare either one of the two, considering that seemed to be a constant when he snuck up on people.
