The injection moulding engine has two modules specifically the injection unit, the mould and the closing unit. One should not forget that the method involved in plastic injection moulding is not as hard as the size of the machinery. Primarily the injection moulding course starts with the injection of the elastic gums or polymers into the injection drum. The gums are heated to melting point and now the liquefied is tipped into the mould which is of the wanted nature needed. The mould has two modules namely the injection mould and the ejector mould. The melted plastic gum in tipped into the mould with a spruce the injection mould. And the ejector mould helps in ejecting the elastic part after it is hardened in the mould without any harm using ejecting pins.
