Tell me something no-one knows about you. Tell me something everyone but me knows about you. Tell me something I don't know about myself. Tell me something you hope will happen. Tell me something sad. Tell me something you can't explain. Tell me something you don't understand. Tell me something you wish I understood. Tell me something I did wrong. Tell me something you hide. Tell me something you hide from me. Tell me something you can't forgive me for doing. Tell me something that's wrong with you. Tell me something that's wrong with me. Tell me something too late. Tell me something that can be fixed. Tell me something that has to change. Tell me something that's beyond repair. Tell me something, please. Tell me anything.

In the red

You try to live a positive life. You say & do good things. You compliment people, you support them, you give them your time & love. You try to reduce the negative elements of your life. You stop blaming other people for things that go wrong, you accept your own actions. You’re mindful of what you say, and take care not to undermine other people. You replace jealousy of other’s success with joy for them. In short, you try to be the friend you wish you had. The hard part is realising that sometimes none of that will be enough. You can fill the ledger book of your life with black, row after row & table after table of the good you’ve done, but there’ll still be some red, some bad, it can’t be helped. And sometimes, there are going to be people in your life who you’ve affected with some of that red, it left a permanent mark, they have to live with that, and they get to decide how that balances with the black. You can argue how unfair that is, you can cry, you can whine, you can scream, but it’s not your choice, it’s theirs, and it’s a choice they earned the hard way. So don’t ask them to justify their choice, don’t blame them. And don’t stop filling their page in that ledger with black, with good. It might never balance out the red, but that’s no reason to stop.

This video goes over some amazing and important information regarding what Gaslighting is as well as the extensive list of negative side effects the victims of the Narc and their favorite covert abuse tactics cause long and short term.

Gotta give it to those Narcs, they’re almost geniuses but then they’re kinda idiots at the same time, which averages out to being what most of them are… average. But its very intelligent to make your victim doubt their own sanity through subversive manipulation.

I was surprised to recognize the after effects of Narc Abuse in at least 90% of the people I know. Maybe whats wrong with you isn’t really you so much as it is the leftovers of the Narc you dated or had some close relationship with? Many people I come across have just lost that lust for life, they’re like the walking dead. So afraid to make a bad effort that they make no efforts at all. Ever. To do anything. At all. So sad.

Many of us think we have depression when we are really just aching for the one thing we spend hours on websites and cell phones trying to find, closeness with another human being. Close personal interactions are being lost more and more each day thanks to technology and Narcs. Technology is giving us the death of true human closeness and Narcs are killing the will to live of the empaths who dared to still care and turning them into Narcs and second hand psychos after abusing them to the point where no feeling seems a better idea than feeling all the pain of Narc Abuse.

Its a scary time. The future looks robotic and bleak. The only answer is to care. But how do you make anyone do that?
