hi, quick intro post before we even start this blog up - saw a lot of x-culture-is blogs, including a lot of plural themed ones, but didn’t see anything for persecutors, so here’s this :)

dni- typical dni stuff, racists, homophobes/transphobes, ableists (including supporting autism speaks), anything based in hate - aspec, mspec, xenogender, or neopronoun (including nounself and emojiself) exclusionists - transmeds/terfs

We do not accept hate against any kind of alter here, especially persecutors.

Persecutor + anger holder culture is (this is really more of an anger holder ask but the blog for that is sysmed) occasionally catching yourself daydreaming about being a father. Raising a beautiful child of your own. And then reminding yourself what you are. Someone who is constantly filled with rage. Someone whose reaction to their own rage is to hurt someone or break something. Someone who would scar a child, create another human being just as broken as me. My very nature, my fabric of existence, the stuff that makes up my soul, makes me an unfit father. But that doesn’t stop me from daydreaming.

Maybe I’ll get a Reborn doll or something. If I can find one for cheap. I dunno.

Persecutor culture is appearing bad for being good. I'm just trying to help someone I care about, but they and everyone around think I'm an asshole. Host jokes about how scary I am, gatekeeper doesn’t let me front, our friends make memes about my villainous.

I just don't know how to be good... (╥﹏╥)

Questioning persecutor culture is realizing that I’m constantly an asshole to the rest of the system and I just haven’t noticed because I’m also an asshole to people outside the system and just see that as normal.

Questioning persecutor culture is also panicking because you’re scared you’re the evil alter trope and that the rest of your system would be better off without you. And that’s not fair because you were here first and now you’re unwanted in your own body that should be YOURS.

I’m going to try to make it up to my system for the events of today.

persecutor culture is putting Interact with Caution in your discord status then getting irritated when your friends actually listen and dont talk to you at all, when you mostly meant you're not going to try to force yourself to act happy right now and just dont say anything particularly upsetting/triggering cause you may not act wisely in response.

Persecutor culture is getting a bit tired of how we’re almost expected to get better for the rest of the system, what if I want to get better for me. Don’t I deserve to want to be better for myself? Am I not a person too? Am I not worthy of trying to be happy too? For myself?

Persecutor culture is hoping that every persecutor “recovered/better”* or not gets some time to be genuinely happy for themselves idc if the rest of your system hates you you’re my brothers sisters & siblings in arms and I hope you get to do some shit you find enjoyable

*in quotes because I have complex feelings about persecutor recovery & moreso how people think it is our obligation to “get better” Usually For The Systems Sake and not for Ourselves, I think we deserve to be happy for Us and not just so that we stop hurting our systems cause we’re people too damn it

persecutor culture is just being some guy. not a bad guy or even a particularly mean guy, just. a guy. i don't even particularly care about keeping the system safe or defending it or anything like that. this system is just how i happen to live, it isn't my job. if i was a singlet, i'd just be considered a normal guy who like once or twice made some minor bad decisions in their life

"ouhh not all persecutors are mean or aggressive" well kys cause i AM and that doesnt mean you get to just stick me in a corner cause im not palatable enough for you
