Echoes of Humanity 🤖🌼

Just yesterday, I mentioned how much I enjoy the concept of robots in nature—the meeting point of the artificial and the natural, and the artificial intelligence’s yearning to understand emotions like love, empathy, and joy. I also posted that photo of the LEGO robot befriending animals.

Today, the mailman surprised me with a package containing K-2SO. Naturally, I had to take him outside right away and snap a few photos. 📸

The Iron Giant wanted to give K-2SO a warm welcome, so he took him out to show him around the neighborhood. In the end, they decided to mark the start of their new friendship with a selfie.
