Here's the line where the female P3 protagonist introduces herself, as some evidence, haha:
私、汐見琴音！琴音でいいよ。あなたは？ / Watashi, Shiomi Kotone! Kotone de ii yo. Anata wa?
I'm Kotone Shiomi! Call me Kotone. And you are?
It's possible it's not actually everything, but I skimmed through listening to them, and I think it's the complete lines for the event's story. The female protagonist, of course, has the most lines, but Theodore also has some voice lines (it sounds like it's just a phone call, so I wouldn't expect a 3D model for him). It doesn't sound like the rest of SEES will appear in this event, primarily just the female protagonist and Wonder.
For anyone curious, here's some more spoilery information that I gleaned from skimming the voice lines, including a really basic overview of what seems to happen:
The event plot seems on the shorter side, more on par with the Twins Arc. Aside from the female protagonist, Wonder, Theodore, and some kind of distorted shadow's voice (likely the boss of the event?), the male protagonist also has some lines. Based on how the files are labeled, it seems like he and Theodore only appear at the end.
From what I heard, it sounds like the P3P collab plot will be similar to the start of the P3RE collab's plot, except only the female protagonist will run into Wonder (she's not joined by Yukari, or any other members of SEES). There's a mention of a strange Tartarus and special doors, much like the P3RE collab. They seem to run through Tartarus for a while before a door takes them to Paulownia Mall, and eventually they end up on the roof of somewhere (probably the Iwatodai Dorm...?), then fight the event's boss.
Afterward, the female protagonist wakes up and thinks she just had a strange dream, though she feels like she's forgetting something, and Theodore calls her. Meanwhile, the male protagonist's voice lines seem to be directed at Wonder (?), likely after he returns/wakes up from (?) his adventure with the female protagonist.
Oh, and at one point while they're in Paulownia Mall, the female protagonist briefly tells Wonder about her friends Rio and Saori, so that's neat!
