“I would hope no one around here would get so upset over something as silly as who a guest decides to spend their time with or not, but suit yourself,” it wasn’t ever Avery’s intention to force someone to spend time with him, regardless of how pretty they might be. “If you ever change your mind you know who to ask for.” 

“Offering yourself to me already?” Lydia questioned as she looked over at him. She kept her eyes on his own not sure what to do in this aspect right now. Licking her lips some she gave him a slight nod. “If your asset never shows up then you know where I am.” She said trying to hide the small smirk. “But like you said. You can talk to whoever you want.”

“Well, if you like sex, you’ll have fun in this job probably.  Me, I like sex so I enjoy the work.  Even with mistresses, though more so with masters.  Much more so.”

“Sex.. Sex is different. Don’t get me wrong, I like sex but, I don’t want it to be forced.” Lydia tried to explain as best as she could only to chuckle slightly. “I’m not for the ladies myself. Masters who actually let me decide if I want to have sex are the best.”

rose hadn’t been in the hub long, having only just arrived after spending several hours within the confines of her own cabin. ‘ you look nervous, ’ the brunette pointed out upon coming across a red headed girl. ‘ or uncomfortable, i can’t really tell the difference, ’ she continued on, eyes scanning over the female’s body. 

Another women’s voice caught the red head off guard as she turned to look at the other. “Probably because I am nervous.” She replied bluntly to the other. Looking the other over for a moment her eyes quickly locked onto her own again. “You don’t look as nervous.”

phoenix spun around as she heard someone step out of the room she’d just walked by, a smile automatically beginning to grow on her lips. “ weird guestion, but have you seen a master that tall–  “ she gestured with her hand on a height about a head taller than her. “ – blonde with an ahhh– well, mildly irritated expression probably? “

Trying to picture who the other was referring to Lydia grew silent for a moment. Her head tilting in the slightest the harder she thought about what master she could be talking about. “I don’t think so? I’m not sure who would you would even be talking about.”

“This might not have been the job for you then,” he said with a shrug.  “Sorry.  You’re pretty, but not my type of pretty, you know?  So if I ever asked you to bend over and pick up the soap, I’d probably actually mean soap.”

“Probably not. Now that I am here I’m not certain that this was the best idea.” She said only to chuckle some as she smiled at him. “Well you have already told me you are gay so I’m not offended.”

Figured, Kennedy was a feisty one no doubt, but she had to remember that not all assets felt the same way.  "You’ll see, their mistakes only make it harder for the rest of us to even step out of line accidentally.“  Not that there were too many rules to follow, the lines were drawn pretty damn thick, but still without even trying most fell into that grey area that was problematic.  "I doubt it’ll be too harsh,” she didn’t want the other girl nervous or anything, she needed her to relax around the Island, “probably just some slap on the wrist to get them thinking next time.”

There was something about the situation that made Lydia’s skin crawl. Seeing another being dragged away like that turned her stomach upside down in ways she never felt before. “Not everyone is looking to break the rules.” Well, at least personally she wasn’t looking to break rules. The last thing she would want to do was ruin something for the rest of the assets. “What is considered a slap on the wrist here?”

“well i do,” he conceded. “but that doesn’t make me off limits, you know? i’m still allowed to spend time with whoever i want.” he chuckled, he really did enjoy lydia’s forwardness. “i don’t doubt that for a moment, you don’t seem the type to be left behind.” 

“It actually makes you very off limits. The last thing I want to do is piss someone off or sleeping with there very handsome master.” She said biting her bottom lip some as she debated in her head for a moment. “You are right. You can spend your time with whoever you want.” Lydia said looking the other over for a moment longer. “I might be an asset but, I’m still somewhat clingy.”

“Not looking forward to it?” Casey asked softly.  “You don’t sound too enthused about your new job.”

“Being told to bend over when a master wants? No. I am not looking forward to that. If you told me to bend over.. That would be a different story.”

“i’m not…entirely sure how that bit works,” he admitted. “but i don’t think it means i’m not allowed to get to know other people.” he allowed her to move, shifting back into his own space. “i’m sure she’ll turn up,” he mused with a shrug. “she seems to be occupied with other things as well.”  

“But you have an asset.” She said turning to look at him but, not being as curled up against him now. “Whoever she is; she is missing out from the looks of it. If you were my master I wouldn’t let you go far without me.” She said looking at the other again. “Just saying.”

“Well, some are less blunt about it than others, but when it comes down to it, masters and mistresses tell assets what they want one way or another, don’t they?  I’m guess you haven’t yet?”

Shaking her head slowly Lydia wasn’t sure if he was being serious or not right now. She had never had that experience before. “I have only been here for a day or so. I have not done... That.” She said with a small sigh.

“Makes you want to slap the stupid right out of them right?  Or maybe that’s just me,” maybe if the assets would learn to behave they might be given a little more freedoms, or at least that’s what Kennedy could only hope.  Not that she was even old enough to drink, but in a resort that sold sex what was another broken rule right?  "What do you think they’re going to do to him?“

Her hazel eyes widened for a moment only to shake her head. “I think that is just you.” She said quickly only to sigh heavily looking towards where the other was dragged off to. “I have no idea but, I don’t think that I really want to know either.” Lydia partly mumbled.

the question was a bit of a difficult thing to answer. according to the pairings list he had in fact been offered an asset, he hadn’t yet spoken with her however. “i’ve been offered an asset,” he answered, still a bit unsure on how all of that worked out. “i haven’t met her yet, though i’m sure she is lovely.” 

Freezing up some when she found out about the other Lydia let out a small awkward sigh. “That sound... nice.” She said before letting the other go and moving to sit up and off of him again. “Well as nice as this has been I should probably let you go and find your asset.”

“If I was told to fuck them, sure,” Casey said with a shrug.  “That’s our role here.  They’re paying us well enough to put up with some assholes.”  He shrugged again.  “So far so good.  No one has been bad at sex.”

“Told? They tell you they are going to fuck you?” She asked narrowing her eyes on him. She was finding it hard to focus on anything else besides the fact he was half naked. “That’s.. good to know.”

he felt her relaxing ever so slightly under his arm, and he smoothed his fingers along it in a slow, easy pattern. “you’re welcome.” he allowed her the time and silence to think, nodding at her answer. “still now,” he agreed. “it’s not as bad as you’re imagining i’m sure.” he hand’t seen anyone being horribly mistreated, and there seemed to be a lot of checks in place to make sure of it. 

Relaxing into his touch she could feel herself slowly easing up the more time that she spent with him. Gazing up at him with a small smile she nodded some. “I wasn’t expecting it to be awful but,, walking in it is imitating.” She said looking up at him. “Do you have an asset yet or are you still looking for someone?”

“Ah…run into some assholes?” Casey asked in a commiserating tone.  “Always going to be some of those.  Just have to hope that they’re good fucks.”  Casey nodded.  “You’ve got it.  And yeah, I’ve been here a month or so.”

“Yup.” Lydia responded with a sigh as she shook her head some. “I really hope that there are not many of them around here.” She said only to tilt her head some. “Would you still fuck them? If they were an ass?” Lydia asked curiously. “Are they decent?”

“So what do you find less pretty?” he asked, honestly curious.  “Well, kinda gay according to the dictionary of Casey is basically gay, but sex is fun so any port in a storm.  And here…mistresses giving orders are the storm.”

“People who are ugly on the inside.” She said only for her to hum as she listened to him. “So you are gay but, would have sex with a mistress if she was ordering you around?” Lydia asked wanted to make sure that she was getting it right. “Have you had sex here yet?”

she had a dazzling smile, a very pleasing trait. he had to give the minds behind eros a nod of approval. they knew what they were doing when picking the assets that they brought to the island. “lydia,” he mused softly with a soft smile. “that’s a beautiful name. how long have you been here lydia?” he brushed a light kiss against the back of her knuckles as he waited for her answer. 

Hearing her name leave his lips made her perk up in the slightest.  He was her first experience with a master and if the others were anything like him then she might actually enjoy herself here. “Thank you.” She whispered before giving the smallest of a shrug. A hum in thought as she looked away for a moment. “Just a day or so. Still... New.”
