The Big Day - October 20th, 2012
It's time!!!!! Hope everyone has their dancing shoes shined and ready to go.
Shuttles will depart from two locations:
Downtown hotels - Springhill Suites @ 1:50 pm and 21C @ 2pm
Highlands: Dairy Queen Mid City Mall (1250 Bardstown Road) @ 1:50pm
The shuttles will return to Louisville to drop off at both locations with one leaving the farm at 10:30pm and then one at midnight. Both drivers are going to be flexible; the evening shuttles might vary in departure times slightly depending on how the evening is going.
The ceremony will be outside in the sun and the temperature looks like it will be in the mid 60's and sunny. After the sun departs the temperature can drop into the 50's but fear not we are heating our reception tent to keep things nice and cozy. Gentlemen, we encourage bow ties and hats to compliment your dashing suits. Ladies, hats and fascinators are always welcome.
