Managed to steal one of Mrs. Braithwaite’s stallions from the story mission in Chapter 3. The stable hand mentions that this horse’s name is Cerberus, and I decided to keep that name for him.

Not sure if this glitch still works as I did this several months ago, but there are tutorials on YouTube if you’re interested in trying to keep one of Mrs. Braithwaite’s stallions for yourself :)
