im sharing this to hold myself accountable
recently i've bought a scale which i didn't buy on purpose for so long (i've been only weighing myself when i visited my parents) and i didnt realize it could motivate me so much cuz i've finally left the 70s which i've been stuck for as long as i can remember and recovering for years didn't help also, and im officially on my ugw terrain which is around 60 kgs and im still lifting to maintain as much muscle as possible if not gain any more
i wanna share my weight every week or so, so if i go above 70s again i can feel some sort of shame
