No, I said annoying.

I don't care if someone doesn't like the same thing as me, I am no longer a teenager to center my entire personality around media I consume (which yes, I've done, I'm not faulting anyone for doing it, it's a right of passage).

But if someone is being really vitriolic or annoying over it? Blocked.

I have blocked hundreds (maybe more) across all social media just for being annoying. I'm old, the world fucking sucks, stress is constant and will kill you, I want to have at least a little peace when I'm looking at funny posts online.

Feel free to dislike and criticize all you want, but it's so exhausting to see hate on a reblog of my posts. Like, what made you think that this was the perfect post to rant about how much you despise something? This is a positive post, ffs.

I kinda get the same feeling when ppl say "I hate everything about this and would never want to touch it, but this is a nice post." I wont block them for it and I get why they're saying it, but, also, not very necessary for you to say. It feels kinda backhanded.

I'm more than happy to hear ppl's thoughts, including those I may disagree with, but just be chill. That's all I ask
