   --- { ooc. In which I finally step out of my comfort zone and try to re-write Lysander's bio and recover his muse. Let's see how this will work out! }
Elvis Presley- donât be cruel
âââ Grumble grumble, roll roll-- Lysander is not going to wake up so soon. Plus the fact it's too cold to get out of his comfortable zone, and he might catch a cold.
His ears picked up the sound of the otherâs faint gasp-with eyes still closed he allowed the soft voice of the french boy to enter his ears and be registrated into his brain. He always thanked him-no day went by or Lysander would find something to thank him for. Moving his own hands upwards he allowed his fingers to clutch the fabric of the maleâs shirt-tugging it slightly as he moved his neck a bit to the side, creating more space for the albinoâs face. He could feel his warm breathe tickle his skin. The mouse exhaled loudly before he spoke. âDonât thankâme. Thereâisâno needâto.â He murmured.
One hand was moved towards Lysanderâs neck before it tangled into his short white locks. Dorian had never went this far with showing any sort of affection so there was still some slight hesitation at his part but he wanted to show the boy how much he cared for him and if this was the only way so be it. He had no intention into playing with someone elseâ feelings but he was so certain that there was more to this than he would initially think so he did what he could. Moving his head slowly he whispered.
âIâreallyâwantâto loveâyou. Iâreally doâbutâŠâ But what? He couldnât even properly explain it. Did he need time? Or did he simply need a good smack in the head? ââI wonât lieâto you andâsay that Iâfeel nothingâI do. ButâI amâ..â He let go of the maleâs body and took a step backwards-turning around, back facing the boy. ââScared.â He whispered so softly that he wasnât even sure if the other could hear it.
âââ Such a small movement that caused an amout of shivers go up and down on his spine. Such a strange and unusual moment for the two, that was. Mostly because he never knew that Dorian would to that to him. Shutting his eyes, the boy enjoyed every second, still with a faint smile adorning his delicate features. Well, well, well-- who knew that? Since Lysander couldn't say anything at that moment -- he could barely whisper anything --, he stayed quite, inhaling deeply and resting his head on the dormouse's shoulder.Â
   Perhaps it was too much to ask for this moment last forever. But he opened his eyes as soon as he heard the other saying something. So Dorian felt something for him-- this was better than nothing, and it surpassed all his expectations. Still a bit absent-minded by that words, Lysander barely noticed when the other moved away from him. But he wouldn't care for it now. All he could think about was what Dorian said.Â
   Bringing his hands towards his chest, the albino shut his eyes again, his smile even growing wider. That feeling-- there isn't any word to describe it. Remembering what the mouse said back in that day, he could figure out why the other moved away. Hesitation. Hesitation and fear. and his words-- to wait for him forever. The boy wasn't the type of person who breaks promises. "I will wait for you. Like I said, non?"

His hands never shook nor did his heart beat faster when he was around Lysander. In short nothing in his body changed when he was with the albino-so based on that he couldnât have deeper feelings for him right? Friendship yes, care certainly but love? This was truly a hard thing to figure out. Was it just because he desperatly wanted to reciprocate the otherâs feelings? That there was nothing else to it? Closing his eyes he unwillingly pressed himself against Lysander-arms tightening around the french boyâs waist. âHow canâyou be soâglad with that? Doesnâtâbeing withâme whileâI return noneâof your affectionsâpain you?â He whispered-his breathe hitching slightly. He didnât desserve any of Lysanderâs affections-not when he treated him like the way he did. Yet-deep within him he knew that he would die if Lysander ever left him. That thought alone made him cringe, a sting at the place where his heart should be.
âYouâreâsoâstrong.â
âââ "...--" A gasp. Yes, it hurts. Every time that Dorian rejected him, it hurts deeply on his heart. But it can't be helped, since it's his own nature. Lysander can't change that, even if he tried. But the albino was so comfortable being like that, just being there, and waiting for the other's move. And when the mouse hugged or clanged onto him, he could just die of happiness. Wasn't it love? It was supposed to be like that, he couldn't complain. But yes, the anguish of not being corresponded still caught him off guard from time to time.Â
   It was the first time ever someone said he was strong. The boy kept his gaze down, silver optics looking fixedly to the floor. It wasn't a tear, he tried to convince himself. Such a fool. Suffering like that for someone he couldn't have, not even in a billion years. Clinging against the red haired's neck, the french hid his face. "Merci", was all that he could whisper on the other's ear at the moment-- fingers wrapping around Dorian's scarf.
Looking for a way through (by runningclouds)
Dorian didnât understand one word of what left Lysanderâs lips but he assumed it had to do with his earlier words and couldnât be something bad. Eye-lids fluttered shut as he welcomed the warmth that was the boyâs hand on his neck-it brought pleasent shivers along his spine and he couldnât help but lean back into it. For a split second he rememered when Lysander had confessed to him and briefly wondered if this would be the right time to answer him or at best give another response than he did before. Lowering his head he rested it upon the maleâs shoulder-inhaling sharply. ââHowâdid youâknow that youâwere inâloveâwith me?â Perhaps he could figure it out for himself as well after hearing the answer.
âââ The other's skin were cold in contrast of his own. A pair of eyebrows were lifted upon hearing Dorian's question, and a head slightly tilted trying to understand out the meaning behind it. Such a tricky question, that was. Moments passed as Lysander opened his mouth, thinking about how could he answer it. Sighing deeply, he began to speak, his voice low, almost a whisper. "Because you see, Dorian. It can't be helped-- it simply happens. And when you are next to that person, your heart beats faster, your cheeks suddenly turns red and your hands are shaking. Even if it does not happen with you when you're next to me, I cannot help but smile-- and thank you for being here and making me able to feel that." And, with that, his hand went up, running his fingers through the red locks of hair, a discreet smile on his lips.
