Some of these old iPhone shots are still my favourite..
This was taken with the iPhone 5. I expect if I go back far enough in my archives, I’ll find some iPhone 3 shots too. Almost Vintage now! 😬😉
All my work results from a feeling of certainty that we do indeed belong to an enigmatic universe.

Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse, July 27, 2018
Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse 🌒🌚
The July 27, 2018 ‘Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse’ as seen from Al Khobar️, Saudi Arabia. Also visible near the moon is the planet Mars.
Three composite photos taken at three different times showing the track of the moon and the planet Mars. Camera battery got drained so no pictures were taken during the 'peak’ of the eclipse which was at 11:21 PM local time.
The total eclipse would happen when the moon is way above the horizon so no foreground or landscape will be included so I thought of composing it against something to make it look like it’s seen from another 'planet’.

A miraculous visit to Machu Pichu:
“I was conscious of a mysterious past, of all the years that had soaked into these stones. I could sense the arid scent of time itself, the slow fluttering of calendar pages in the wind, this place a montage of time’s flight. I felt almost intrusive, as if I was kicking through the ill-gotten gains of an ancient empire.”
