Hmm, there will be many familiar aspects that the games share, choices with consequences, three major routes, but as for controlling and flow of gameplay, I took a few liberties.⢠For starter, there's going to be a run mode, I feel walking everywhere made some areas agonizingly slow, so the player has the chance to race around, especially if they feel like back tracking. ⢠I liked Toby's original idea of magic, so certain items come with certain attacks, strengths and weaknesses. Magic attacks subdue and weaken, while physical attacks can be lethal.⢠the monsters are going to be extremely hostile, so battles are going to be a lot harder. Especially the bosses⢠I've mentioned the snail fighting/ breeding side quest, but there's going to be small little side quests besides that. One I have in mind involves delving deeper into the daily lives of the main cast and other monsters. These Don't have huge impacts on the main storyline, but will possibly unlock secret areas and dialogue.⢠depending on which route you take, every.single. monster in the game will be fight-able. This includes characters like Grillby, the rocks, you name it.⢠I'm going to implant a tiny secret hunt. There will be three tapes of mew mew kissy cutie the player can find throughout the game. Collect all three and you have the option to watch them yourself (about five minutes of bonus animation of a kissy cutie episodes) or trade them to alphys for the keys to the true lab. After TP, this will give you access to the vcr, and a hidden tape that will reveal the secret behind the corruption of this timeline, and a battle that will lead to the saving of a certain Character.⢠more areas and puzzles are available, I felt even though the underground was overpopulated, it still felt small and empty.⢠finally, I think I figured out how to do multiple save files, it's a work in progress, but I think it would be fun to have little variations in fun values and such to compare between each save. Plus imagine some Characters jumping between save files just to mess with the player. Having multiple save files may even effect how certain Characters react, or even have memories of other files. I'm not sure about this one, but if it sounds neat to everyone, I'll do my best to get in in
