HAPPY NEW YEAR FELLAS

i am quite excited for the new era of this world to continue, i am happy for a new generation of technology, content seen, and possible followers. it’s inducing ecstasy to think about how i have lived through this year which for me was tough, but now that this year has readied me for the future world, i will no longer be fearful of the future and issues that are like this year, both physically and because of physical issues, psychologically, i am ready for anything this world can throw at me.

bruh i just decided to change my username on twitch, didn’t know my password, did a password reset, twitch kicked me out of my account, i can’t log in with email, i cannot do anything on twitch, the password reset did it on the website.

can someone tell me the answer to this: why when i want to do something but i end up not doing it i get a kinda nauseous feeling, i have (moderate) anxiety but i dont understand why that happens. doctors/scientists, can you explain why?
