Silence fell upon him once more as he listened to the human before him. He could not smell any fear emitting from him, which was strange to the demon. Humanity was usually petrified of this monstrous creature, and yet this man treated him as if he were one of his own. Sethos was raised by a human, so he did pick up some of those mannerisms so to speak.
His curiosity wasn’t peeked by what he was saying, nor was any sort of interest. Sure, he was usually polite, but Sethos was also very truthful. He was going to tell him what he thought about them even if it may hurt the other’s feelings.
❝I don’t believe in fairytales or myths.❞ He simply replied with as he heard the other going on about Hercules and all of those other things. ❝It’s within the study of Mythology, which tells me that it’s not a real story… I am only interested in facts, so no it doesn’t interest me.❞
A person only interested in facts? Well, Gentaro did use a source of fiction rather than faction, so looks like Sethos had a good eye. He smiled again, feeling rather embarrassed that he made a mistake.
“My, of course~. While those are mythological stories and not facts as you rightfully proclaim, there’s still the fact of sun and moon alignments in regards to your birth. But, as you say, you’re not that interested so I’m unable to sway you.”, he said with a light sigh of defeat.
Still, his eyes carried up and down over the demon, noticing horns and large wings, much larger than any possible building he had ever seen. Not to mention that Gentaro probably came to Sethos’ knee in height - he was very tall after all!
“Though... what is most certainly a fact is that I can see you are a creature of myth, perhaps fiction yourself~. You remind me of someone or something, may I say. You’re very tall and stand out very much. Why is that hm~?”
