As I have always looked forward to celebrating the New Year in the new house, I’m a little bit sad that I wasn’t able to. Since my childhood home has been taken from us, I have always aspired to be able to celebrate events like this in a place I can call mine. Just like in the old times. For the past few weeks, I've been busy DIY renovating and decorating the new house, to make it look like home already. But then I asked myself, what is a home for me? What I came to realize is that home is not a place, it’s a feeling. And with you, I feel at HOME, I found a bigger family. So despite not being able to celebrate the new year in the new house as planned, I still feel lucky and blessed. Because now, home is not just one place. It is anywhere when I'm with you.
