While I only used subtle coloured lights on this piece it was wonderful to see that the experimentation I had done into lighting throughout this project also applied to this final piece and that it continued to be affected and altered in the same way. It is a wonderful experience to get to see the culmination of the research that I have done for this project and to see that it still continues to reach similar affects within my final piece.

The most difficult aspect of getting in to the piece was the worry that I would manage to get make up onto it.

Getting to wear the final version of these pieces together was a childhood dream realised that I had entirely forgotten about. The way that the pieces fit so well makes me so glad that I went through the mock up process and the movement of the dress is absolutely wonderful. While the dress will be suspended during the exhibition I am so happy to have worn the piece and to prove that it works very well as a semi-historical garment.
