Somehow I missed the #aceoapril announcement...but, better late than never to get started! Planning on doing my Last Letter Cast at the least. The colors I had made me scratch my head a bit, but overall I like the results, even though I'm mixing a bit of history with a more recent art style. Illustration Day 15: Creation Another rather cathartic piece, this time as an acrylic flow painting. I rather love the direction this is headed. My drawings this week. I'm not happy with how this week has turned out, but it's been a rough one to the point I'm surprised I got this much done. This also kinda shows a bit of how varied I can be... Tuesday: Prompt was Draw a Self-portrait of yourself as a Kobold. My best friend said "I wanna be drawn as a kobold!" So I drew her instead. This is a DIGITAL WIP, and I'm toying with colored line art. Wednesday: I was too exhausted to do anything, but I did manage the little doodle of Peter telling me what for. Thursday: I had this sketch of Annalise laying around and I was too tired to draw out anything new, so I just painted it. Friday: Just a quick intuitive galaxy painting to get me started this morning <3

Illustration Day 9: "Better Days" Inspired by Melissa's Jam which was written to "Better Days" by the Goo Goo Dolls. Silver kisses Arianna's nose when asking if the trip to Atlantic City was wrotlrth it . Arianna eventually looks over to Sam and Jubal, in which he has his arm draped over her shoulder and she responds with, yes. <3 I just love this whole story, and I had to draw it out. I have another idea as well centering around Jubal and Sam...but I'll tackle that later. Silver and Arianna belong to M. Oswell Jubal belongs to A. Illustration Day 8: Humphry's Moving Castle From the 500 prompt book, I kind of dreaded this...but after watching @kaseythegolden 's video, I finally sucked up the courage to move forward. I was inspired by her use of the crabs, and pondered drawing a fairy tale of some sort...but, I didn't want to get too close to her subject matter. I then came up with this idea. I didn't sketch the page in the book at all, just went right into it as I wanted to get this done before going to work this morning. I'll probably either stick this in the book or a copy of it to the page in the end. #myart #piccadillyinc #artistoftumblr
