2017 has passed. Definitely a year where I have learned a whole lot. Lost some, but definitely gained a lot. Mistakes that are meant to be reminders and lessons. As of now, this is the year where I’ve been at my lowest, as well as my highest. It was a great year. In the first half of 2017, I feel like I didn’t know where my life is heading. I didn’t know what I should do and so I’ve been kind of going with the flow. I feel like I was lost. Sure, there are times when it was fun at the same time, but that happiness doesn’t really last long cuz at the end of the day, you’ll go back to the same ol’ bed and basically just rinse and repeat. But of course, I didn’t let that kind of thinking stop me, I strive to become better and do things that I’m interested in and love with the people I admire and hold dear. So it wasn’t all that bad. In fact, I kind of was grateful. But then around the second half of the year came. It was when my life feel like it changed. A complete 180 even. Something that is unexpected. That was when this girl, who I am showing in the picture right now, came into my life. A girl who I have known all these years but not truly known at the same time. I believe that God, when I was at my lowest, sent her. She immediately brought me back up. A girl whom I have no idea that I would spend my time and effort unto, suddenly came into my life. At that point alone in fact, even when we were not together, I was already grateful. Since she had supported me all these years from the sidelines. “How could I be so dumb?” I kept asking myself that. That she was right there all along and it’s as if I did not notice her. I always say it but I truly wish that I had gotten to know her more sooner rather than later. That will always be my one regret with her. When she came into my life, the soil which could never grow flowers, let alone crops, suddenly blooms into a garden of beautiful flowers. It was as if I was saved from drowning and resuscitated back to life. What I’m trying to say is that, she had made this boy a really, really happy man. And I don’t think I could ever thank God enough for such a blessing. Sure our relationship won’t always be pink skies and that there will definitely be gray skies at one point but that’s where I believe that a rainbow will pierce through at the end. Spending the last day 2017 with my love, Sunu Bokhim, was everything a man like me could ever hope for. When the countdown started, it was as if everything slowed down, I couldn’t hold my feelings anymore at that very moment. Like a firework exploding and illuminating the night sky. That was how I felt when our lips touched😌💕 I love you Mero Maya. ❤️
