They’re out with the dogs at the minute.

[goes and grabs the coat before bringing it back to Alisha] Here you go. 

Do you uh... want a drink or anything?

Sebastian forgot to bring Aidan’s coat across with him… I came to fetch it…

Um... r-right, yeah... I’ll... go and get it...

Stephen laughed a little as Seb came in, nudging the dog and watching as he wouldn’t budge.

“C’mon Winston, you’ve gotta move,” he insisted, giving him another push… eventually the dog gave up resisting and slid off the sofa, instead lying across Stephen’s feet so he couldn’t move and resting his chin on his paws, looking up at the man out the corner of his eyes.

“Thank you,” Stephen said, patting the seat beside him for Seb to come sit too now the dog was moved.

Sebastian chuckled a little as Stephen managed to get the dog to move off of the sofa. “S-sorry boy,” he said with a small grin before moving over to sit beside Stephen. He laughed a little as Sammy started licking his hand before gently scratching the top of the dog’s head. 

“S-so um… how have y-you been Piers?” He asked, looking over at the man for a moment.

Piers laughed as Stephen pushed Winston off of the sofa, looking down at him for a moment as he lay across Stephen’s feet. 

“I’ve been okay I guess,” he replied with a small smile. “How about yourself? Have you been managing to cope with my brother okay?” He asked with a chuckle.

“Yes you are great,” Steph replied with a small chuckle, watching Piers and Aidan with a gentle smile spread over his lips.

Sebastian carried drinks for the three of them in on a tray, carefully setting it down on the table before handing the two brothers their drinks. “I-I hope it’s okay f-for you,” he said softly with a smile before grabbing his own. “W-would you like to m-move Winston so I can a-actually sit down?” He asked, grinning a little as the dog looked up at him. He shook his head a little and chuckled before perching on the arm of the sofa instead.

Piers looked up at Sebastian as he came in and handed him his drink. “Thanks,” he said with a smile, taking a quick sip before putting it back down again, not really wanting to be having hot drinks while he was holding Aidan.

“No, don’t stop, carry on!” Steph replied with a small grin.

“They do,” Stephen replied with a grin, rubbing both of the dog’s fur and glancing across at Aidan as he decided to hit Piers on the nose, “At least he likes you.”

“Fine,” he said with a small chuckle. 

Piers laughed as Aidan hit him on the nose, looking down at the baby again for a moment. “Of course he does, I’m great,” he said with a small laugh.

“It’s just nice that you’re being so nice,” Steph said with a small grin.

“You’re welcome,” Steph replied, letting out a heavy sighing when he felt Sammy’s tongue licking at his hand, “Yes, yes I know Sammy, I’m ignoring you aren’t I?” he said with a chuckle, ruffling his fur and continuing to scratch Winston’s ears.

“If it’s too weird for you, I can stop,” he said with a small chuckle. 

Piers chuckled a little as Stephen spoke. “They seem to need more attention than this little one here,” he sad with a small grin, looking down at Aidan again for a moment.
