Since language by its nature is metaphorical, the poet is doomed to separation from his own being. Language machines are: verses, prayers, songs, spells. Energy is more important than meaning, body dictates the language (also opposite). Laconic tone of narrative and dialogue. Never ventures beyond the surface of an event. In that work is no introspection driven by a consciousness that observes, merges with its surroundings, experiences and endures. Intolerance of metaphor. Comes from the confidence in the word. Convinced that you can never fully or sufficiently own language anyway. Just collaborating with language. No 'style' in writing: only ordering, sequencing and spacing words. Similar figures, situations or narratives are used to produce completely different models of thought.
