Can we not berate Mark into talking about Ryan Gosling or BloodyMary? He is not obligated to talk about a celebrity that he has not met personally just because his character is in a crackship.

I absolutely adore BloodyMary with all my heart. There are just a lot of people out there who are struggling to separate the actor from the character, and are starting to think that Simon x Grace (or any of the other crossover ships like DiscoDoll and JazzHands for example) = Mark x Ryan, when it doesn’t.

Both are married. Both are married to women.

Simon is not Markiplier, and Ryland Grace is not Ryan Gosling.

Just because Mark is aware of BloodyMary, doesn’t mean we get to boil his 3 years of hard work on Iron Lung down to a crossover ship.

We genuinely don’t need another S*ptiplier era…

Leonard Lovegood was always on the move. Getting to his next class, playing Quidditch, exploring another unexplored dark corner of the forbidden forest. It did not matter. It was difficult for him to sit still.

And the only one who could successfully settle him is Elijah.

Elijah knew the value of good rest and recreation, and he spent a lot of it with Leo. Most of the time enjoying each other’s company. But occasionally they’d snog, and maybe the snogging would…escalate.

And this moment was no different. An especially rough quidditch practice led the two to the Room of Requirement, where Elijah helped ease Leo’s nerves and tense muscles in various ways.

Promising that he wouldn’t have to lift a finger.

WIP Wednesday

Been a bit since I have done one of these! I've been working on this off and on for the past week or so and was able to get a bit more done yesterday while my dad was at the hospital (he's alright, and thank you all for the kind comments on my last post.) Enjoy this snippet for Perctoria in their seventh year!

What on earth was she thinking when she agreed to play as Hufflepuff's Keeper? Victoria wasn't competitive when it came to Quidditch. She wasn't nearly as athletic as her cousin Oliver; or even as her mother, who still managed to move as if she was on the Pitch even in her forties. And Merlin, the heights. She still remembered Oliver falling off his broom to the ground in fifth year vividly. If that happened to her, Victoria couldn't exactly shift into her animagus form in the middle of the match. Not unless she wanted everyone to know she was an unregistered swan. "What am I going to do?" Victoria murmured. The echo of her voice was broken by the distinct sound of a door lock unlocking. Victoria's eyes fell on the sign hanging on the right of the bathroom door with the words "Occupied. Do not enter." written across it in bold letters. She knew she forgot to do something when she came in. "Don't come in—!" Victoria began to say. The door shut. Percy started at her. Victoria stared at him. "M-My apologies," he stammered. "I didn't realize it was occupied—" Victoria talked at the same moment he did. "I forgot to put the sign up, I'm so sorry—" They paused at the same time. Victoria watched Percy's face get nearly as red as his hair, the same as hers she was sure. She muttered a quick thanks to the gods that she had the sense to use the not-opaque bubbles when she had stepped inside the bath.

“How’s the progress going?” Simon asked, a teasing tone lingering in his voice.

“Oh just peachy,” Ryland replied as he stretched, sarcasm dripping from his lips, causing Simon to chuckle a bit, “you?”

“Only…marginally better. I figured a few things out.”

Ryland hopped up from the table that he was sitting on, ambling over to the other man, “does the throat singing help?” Ryland asked, teasing slightly.

“Oh is that what it’s called?” Simon asked, the question genuine, “I was just sounding it out.”

Ryland blinked, pushing his glasses back onto his face, “sounding it out—You can read those nonsense squiggles!?”

“I think?” Simon scratched at the back of his neck, “don’t get me wrong, I’m fully bullshitting it but whatever I’ve been doing has made sense so far.”

That familiar twinge known as curiosity tweezed at Ryland, he took a peek at the whiteboard Simon was working on.

This is the 5th time Elijah’s had this dream.

Yes it’s starting to irritate him. No he’s not gonna do a damn thing about it, he doesn’t have the balls (and also it’s Sunan fudgin’ Saelee, everyone and their mothers have the hots for that man).

He can flirt and tease with no issue, but once it comes to actual romantic feelings he combusts (but somehow hides it well).

He’s just gonna wait till the feelings fade (if they fade)
