Guide to: The Fairy Tail Girls' Makeup Routines⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆
Love scrolling through Pinterest and Sephora, so I thought it would be a cute idea to write how I would imagine some of the FT girls do their makeup!
Lucy Heartfilia: Dewy, Lightweight, Glittery
Lucy is pretty "girly," and I feel like that would reflect in how she does her makeup. She def keeps up with what products are trendy, and I could totally see her using brands like Rhode or Charlotte Tilbury. I could imagine her preferring a dewy, lightweight style of makeup over something matte or heavier (although she increases the glitter for special occasions). Her pale complexion probably leads her to embrace blush over bronzer, and she loves a classic cool pink lip combo. Light eye shadow and long lashes are a priority for her, and she never forgets highlighter!!
Erza Scarlet: Simple, Efficient
Erza embraces her femininity, but in a more toned-down way than the other girls. Spending a lot of time on her makeup isn't a priority for her, so she prefers looks that are quick and simple: concealer, mascara, and only a little blush. She likes to use a lip stain so she doesn't need to worry about reapplying a lip combo throughout her day. I could totally see her spending the most time on doing eyeliner, though, tightlining on her waterline with a black pencil, and even adding a little wing. Once her makeup is done, she doesn't wanna have to fuss about it the rest of the day.
Juvia Lockser: Dewy, Experimental, Fun
I feel like Juvia would have the most "experimental" makeup style out of all the girls; fluid, like water. Darker lip colors, and maybe leaning into more of a "grunge" style (I'm an emo Juvia truther!!) She would always wear eyeliner with a bit of a long wing, and probably incorporate blue into that, or her eyeshadow. Ooo, I could also see her using a pale blue highlighter. It makes sense to imagine her preferring a dewy base, reminiscent of her water qualities.
Mirajane: Matte, Full Beat
Oh, IK that Mira does not play about her makeup routine. She will spend however long she needs getting ready in order to perfect her look. Yeah, she serves straight cunt fs. I mean, it only makes sense since her magical powers make her part devil. I see her doing a matte base over a dewy look, and going full beat with it. She always has a lip combo on her to reapply throughout the day, and powder in her purse for touch-ups if needed. Lisanna gets makeup tips from her older sis, and Mira and Lucy love to go shopping for new products together.
