Background:
Angel has a missing history, and reality altering abilities at the center of it. A history of psychological issues and criminal cases, all leading to a disappearance. They were found by the Justice League, and taken in by one of the members (this is another oc). Their abilities have been burnt out since they woke up in their new life, and they’ve been slowly building them back up. As a teen, they worked with the Titans. They’re about the same age as Dick Grayson and that’s why their age is iffy lol. They never became a member due to personal conflicts, but still formed friendships with the original members.
Current:
Angel lives in Star City, working all kinds of jobs. They don’t have a civilian identity (like how Starfire has a job as a model but everyone still knows she’s Starfire). They live with their mentor in something kinda like… this
