So this one I made for my bf sister’s graduation also I’m learning how to shadowing and highlighting since I always assume that my (almost) all my illustration seems too flat. 

Playing with depth and highlight is pretty hard for me, but it’s so fun to draw. Does anyone knows where I can learn things like this? Except youtube, please. Because I watch some youtube tutorials they just put speed painting without any explanation.

Holly Polly's: Short Stories by Johanna Sparrow.

This is the first book illustration I made in 2018. This story tells about a girl who love to read and so imaginative! She’s really pretty and smart girl and I love illustrating her. It’s been 2 years already.

Nyala, Bara dan Dino!

Tahun kemarin sempat ikutan challenge #GambarNYALA dari instagram Halaman Nyala, dan aku gambar mereka bertiga! Seneng banget waktu di notice ownernya hahaha. Sebenernya waktu itu challenge ini ada semacam pemilihan pemenangnya, sayangnya aku post ini udah terlambat satu hari. Tapi aku tetap senang!

I made this to celebrate my friend birthday. She loves animal and she’s caring them too. She has rabbits and cats at home. She’s adorable! She’s my best writer, too! We’ve worked together for 2 books, and I am so happy with the results.

Sleeping with cat while reading under a tree seems so peaceful.

This one is my favorites! This illustration was inspired by an article in Bored Panda 4 years ago showing a Shiba Inu stuck on a bush but still showing happy face.  This is the source image, also the link to the web is attached.
