So some friends and I went to Verona yesterday for a daytrip. We nearly died walking up the 1000 stairs, but this panorama made it all worth it. Although being the second time here, I fell in love again with this wonderful place. Btw for all christmas lovers out there, Verona even has a huge Christmas market now!

About two weeks ago, I was visiting Perugia with some friends. This is the view from above the monorail station, around 8 o´clock in the morning. (The white stuff is fog!) We were really lucky to visit this wonderful place, since one week later the region was hit by an earthquake...
As the last days of autumn pass, we made a small trip to Mantova. Here you can see my bf walking around the gardens of Palazzolo San Sebastiano. Some of the rooms in this palest were to die for!

Flower spotting in Awajishima island
Made a short trip to Japan´s country side in Hyōgo Prefecture. In between Kōbe and Shikoku lies Awajishima, a small island famous for it´s many fields of flours and beautiful landscape. From my house it took me only about a three minutes walk to the beach. Although being small Awajishima island, has much to offer and I recommend anyone who is about to come to Kansai area and wants to discover something new, to check it out! :)

It’s been some time since I have been the last time in Japan. Just gotten a bit of rest after having my 14 hour flight, I went right away with some friends to Asakusa-shrine. Althought I have been a couple of times in Tokyo already, I have never had the time to visit this famous place.. What can I say, I am still amazed by it!

Since today is a rainy day in Vienna, or should I say a nice day to stay at home, roll yourself up into a blanket and prepare some hot chocolate, while browsing Netflix. I thought it´s the right time to post some stuff... These were taken on my trips with some friends to the lovely town of Ghent and Brugge in Belgium. Those of you who are familiar with the movie Brugge, yes indeed it is like being in a f***ing fairytale. But seriously, Brugge is a nice little town, with many beautiful things to see and do. Moreover you will be able to discover some little monsters, like this little buddy in the middle, here and there as well..
Hearing the rain knocking on my window, I want to be back here....

nostalgia Recently I have been thinking a lot about this place. My friends and I just have spent a couple of days in this amazing city, however we felt quickly like being home. Which is not so easy, when travelling with a group of people from three different nationalities. (At least in my opinion.) Belfast is great, there are things to see pretty much at every corner. The city has this wonderful mix of old and new, which kind of reminded me of my trip to Brooklyn some years ago. Everything is super big, the streets are wide, except you go more into the centre where you will find hidden alleys full of streetart everywhere. It's a must see for all adventures, since Belfast is one thing not for sure; boring!
