Am I stupid or did I misunderstand this game, I thought the characters where it says main/sequel (english version) get to continue with their story = āsequelā?! But when I tried to read Vlads route sequel the game is starting with the first chapter of the main story againā¦š© Does this mean I need to read his story twice and get both endings before I can continue or did I get it all wrong and there is no second part? I donāt understandš„² Can someone please explain!š«¶š» Am I just stupid??
I need to force myself to finally finish Leonardos route.. Iām sorry to all the Leo stans but I donāt get the appeal of him tbh..š«£ Not that I donāt like him at all, but I think he is annoying and too confusing in his actions for me to really like him as a suitor..š¤·š»āāļø Also his story is sooo boring so farš
That being said, I liked him more as a side charcter in the other routes!
Ughā¦ I donāt know why but I just really do not like this route at all! I think I am going to skip the last part because I donāt have enough gold to buy the last outfit and I really donāt want to spend my diamonds on it just to finish the last 2 chapters.. I only read his route because I was expecting to get a bit more of the backstory of the manision and Comte and luckily there was some interesting interactions with Comte at least but apart from that it was such a drag.. Sorry Leonardo lovers but in my opinion he is way better as a side charcter and when heās bickering with Comte..

Finally getting to the end of Leonardos route where MC and Sebas are kidnapped and Leo and Comte come to the rescue - you know they always give us hints that Comte is actually not as calm and stable and mild tempered as he tries to appear and itās so much wasted potential, especially in his own route!! I really wish MC in Comtes route was pushing his buttons instead of quietly crushing on him like a child, which was cringe tbh.. I want to see this man tortured and torn by his inner conflicts so bad!! š¤£
Every time this choice appears, the game offers me romance, intimacy, and the opportunity to ruin Faustās evening by making him imagine sharing a bed with Charles.
I know my duty.

I know this may be an unpopular take but Leonardo is actually kind of cruel! He is always teasing MC (okay we know MC is stupid), but then at the same time he is doing things for her that are way beyond something you would do for someone you barley know and then he expects MC to be casual about all of this and and is not taking responsibility for his actions and thatās really not fair of him! š¤·š»āāļø
That's kind of the beauty of it. That's the love story here. He loves humans so much, and her as well. He might even love her more than other humans. Then he does love her more than other humans.
This is a common trope in characters that are kind, because their kindness is cruel in that it isn't just for the MC. In that it is too much kindness to be considered normal. In that it makes them feel special and cared for and wanted and dare I say needed? And it isn't meant to be forever. It isn't meant to be personal. It isn't meant to be LOVE.
I love this kind of situation. It might have to do with me being aromantic, but I feel trope really resonates with me. It's a beautiful thing to see someone love unconditionally.
I know what you mean, but for someone that has lived for 500 years already I would expect them to be more self aware and sensitive to how others may percieve those actions.. I mean he literally kissed MC within the first day of meeting and the reason was so of stupid, sorry, I would have slapped him, that was so inappropriate and then he acts like this was nothing and proceeds to tease MC any chance he gets like if he was maybe interested in her, thatās actually mean!ā ļø You can be kind without constantly crossing boundaries, but I know itās supposed to be romantic, just to me it is gaslighting and egoistic even if itās not intentional..š¤·š»āāļø
