LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL - PSA i guess considering i haven’t been around at all lately, you all already figure i am on hiatus. it’s not because i’m busy (even though i am), but because when i do have free time i really don’t feel the need to come around here? not going to blame the terrible writing on this one, but it sure did not help at all. i still really enjoy writing and creating stories. i still watch most of the shows this blog has characters from. i guess i just feel lighter without being here. maybe i put pressure on myself i didn’t have to and that took enjoyment out of writing. right now i’m focusing more on reading, videogames and other hobbies. so i am putting the blog on hold for the time being without much hope i will be back at all. if anyone wants to chat, you can always find me on dis.cord (pinpilinpaux#4516). hope the best for you all and see you around!

i literally haven’t watched the last two eps of supergirl and i really am not in the mood for it so. here we are.

her hand holds onto alex’s naturally, no need to think about it. it’s a wonder how not awkward it is even if it’s fairly new.  ❝ i hope so too. both of those, andrea’s attitude and me doing great things. i had never thought technology would help me in my line of work, this is all really exciting. ❞ the most technology she’s used is a recorder and now she’s going into people’s memories and trying to help them get through trauma that way. it’s like she’s living in the future.  ❝ what happened with kara and andrea? ❞ she wonders, not knowing how that would have happened. kara seems like a pretty relaxed person. usually, ,anyway. ❝ so this is a work and play situation? i like how you think. and thank you again for helping. you really don’t have to. ❞ she obviously loves it because it gives them time to just talk while they unpack, but she still feels like she’s taking advantage somehow. even if alex offered in the first place.

in case anyone was wondering i’ve been mia because they added more hours to my workday and i have some fun activities after work too so i get home really late and don’t even turn on my laptop. but let’s see if i can do some stuff today.

Supergirl, what would your wedding day be like if you and your future significant other decided to get married, got engaged with each other and went through with the whole process on finally getting hitched?

“I don’t have a clear image of my wedding day in my mind or a clear idea of how I’d want it to be. But I do know I’d want both of us to feel represented. I’ve been living here half my life, but I’d still love to have some of Krypton with me when getting married so I hope we could find a way to merge both their customs and mine to create a unique wedding that we’d both enjoy. A merge of both of us, which is what our marriage would be in the end. I do know I’d want my family there, both Kal-El and my chosen Earth family too, because I’d want to share my happiness with them. I would also love to have a karaoke set up.”

my predictions for this whole mess are that lena is gonna keep manipulating and lying to kara, because we can’t just deal with kara having done anything wrong in a sensible manner and have lena act like the intelligent adult person that she is, and then kara is going to learn what lena has been up to and will feel super betrayed and they’ll have a fallout. though, right before actually doing the Final Evil Thing lena will actually come to her senses and not want to do it but hope will do it for her and kara will think it was lena.

everyone: so romantic that kara broke the law for lena, they’re endgame! me: james did a stupid for kara and kara was inspired to do a stupid for lena because everyone in this show is stupid.

     "The circumstances were different, Kara. There’s times for drinking and now is my time and I don’t see why is wrong when it’s me doing it. I mean, I’m not hurting anyone. Like I said before, I’m fine. Painting takes effort that I don’t have it right now. I’m just opening my horizons.“

      “You’re actually hurting yourself,” Kara points out, her finger pointing at her sister. “Then again I was going to suggest a sparring session and you’d get hurt doing that too so...” she joked, hoping the not so out there challenge made her sister stop wallowing in whatever was that was happening.

“I know,” Alura said softly, pained. Not good enough. Story of her life, but not a perspective she wished her daughter would have as well. With a deep breath she recomposed herself; she could cry about it later, when she’d be alone. "I won’t defend my past mistakes, you are in your right to be angry with me. Even knowing what I know now, I am unsure what I would have done differently.” Should she have allowed Astra to execute her plans? Should she have stayed on Krypton with her family and perish with it? Would they have perished at all? “But I know one thing, and that is that we are both still alive right now. The only question of importance is what we want to do with it.”

“I don’t know if I want to do anything,” Kara said with a shrug. “You wouldn’t even change it. All you’d have to do was put damn controls on the thing.” A shake of her head. “Know what? I think I’ll just leave. Go punch someone, it’ll help more than this conversation that takes us nowhere.” She focused her hearing around the world around her. “Perfect, someone’s trying to rob a poor guy at gunpoint. I think I’ll break their fingers before they can pull that trigger.” And with that, she flew off.

right now i am ignoring batwoman the show in general and lena’s season arc in particular to keep me into writing.

“Hey,” he says catching up to the girl. “I just wanted to thank you for the help up there,” he adds with a smile. “Good job,” he ends up saying. He doesn’t think he would have needed the help, but he would have spent more time on it and he likes that he’s already done. It means he can go back home, which is always good.
