behold the like. 3 things that even come close to being special interests (i think the only one that really would be is zoos but all three of these are big things i love and spend so much time looking into and reading and ohh my god i love them)

ZOOS!!! I love visiting zoos, any zoo, aquariums too, i love looking at the animals, reading their little plaques, looking at the architecture and how they build out the habitats and exhibits, how they space things out, implement the continents and countries cultural styles, it isn't just the animals, it's the care of it all, the buildings, the meticulous details, the veterinary work, the research, it all fascinates me to such a large degree and im so grateful to have gone to the fort worth zoo so often in my childhood <3333

OVERWATCH!!!!!!!! I always come back to it, for 7 years I have been in LOVE with this game (even if i suck at most heroes!), i ADORE the lore, the characters are what keep me hooked. I love learning about where they come from, the history of their universe, the conflicts, the groups, every little faction has so much intrigue there. There is so much to learn about it i want to read more of the stories .. more more more... yes. ... EEEEHHEEH..

MEOW WOLF!!! THE SERIES OF INTERACTIVE ART INSTALLATIONS!! these places feel like a second home!! I've visited The House of Eternal Return, The Real Unreal, and RADIO TAVE!! I wanna visit omega mart around my 21st because of VEGASS and I WANNA SPEND MULTIPLE DAYS IN CONVERGENCE STATION .. IM SO EXCITED FOR THE LA LOCATION.. Visiting the first meow wolf (Eternal Return) was my first time seeing queer imagery, physically, in the real world in such an accepting light!!!!! I've always felt so at home in the oddities, the bright lights, the noises, the music, each room has so many little details and i LOVE every artist whose put themselves into these artworks, I want to share it with the world. I love the STORIES, How every location is linked, how names and places seem to pop up and conclude and extend in such wondrous ways. How you go in and recognize people and start to brew up an entire internal evidence board!! I am so excited for everything they're making, everything each artist is given the opportunity to do, I love watching their behind the scenes, watching the teasers, the old omega mart commercials, I feel so.. so at home, so accepted in meow wolf. I would tave.

my deep insecurities about my own interests cause me to occasionally, in my own head make fun of those i love for the things they like and i know this comes from the irrational part of my mind that views them liking something more popular than me as an attack due to my past history with people trying to force me into their interests and breaking my boundaries, while also making fun of the things i love, so it's like a bizarre cycle of abuse but only in my head

having dpdr is so weird because the large majority of people don't know what it is and it's hard to explain: how i'm seeing eye floaties and tv static all the time, how i kinda don't know anything about myself, my thoughts are disconnected and floating so i hit walls in though because i have to remember what i was thinking about, how i know what happened but don't remember it happening, how i'm losing my memory, how i feel like my mind is a hostage of an ignorant body that won't listen, etc..... :(
