He rolled his eyes as one corner of his mouth began to curl after she spoke. He wasn’t the brightest, though he wouldn’t really be considered dumb. Sometimes it just took him a longer moment to catch on to what’s hidden behind her words. “I thought you would have gone off somewhere, I would have invited you sooner if I knew you didn’t have any plans.” Dom excused his thought process. He didn’t intend on seeing anybody else since he knew the guys knew he had a long term girlfriend, even if he would have been praised for hooking up with somebody else, he also knew that it’d eventually get back to his girlfriend and he just didn’t want to hurt her like that. Dominic ended up matching her action, stepping closer to her before his hands moved to his shorts and tugged them down to the ground, soon stepping out of the material. His arms wrapped around her waist pulling her closer to him before he walked her backwards the short distance to the shower. “Did you have fun? At the beach with… whoever you were with…”

“if we’re being honest, I just forgot,” With everything going on in her own life, and dealing with her mother’s mid-life crisis spring break plans had been pushed to the back burner. “Apparently all my friends made plans without me, so It wouldn’t have mattered whether I remembered or not.” She was a little upset that none of them had invited her sooner, but Piper wasn’t one to hold a grudge and getting to be here now was a good enough unspoken apology for her.  Even if she still teased them about it. “Jules and Kasey mostly. Avery was out there for a little while but not long,” She nodded as an answer to both of his questions, stepping back in time with him until they were both under the water. “You know, I didn’t think I would like her but she’s not bad.” Piper commented, tipping her hair back underneath the water. Once it was wet to her liking she pushed her hair back out of her face and opened her eyes up to Dominic. “What did you do today?”

He wasn’t intentionally excluding himself from everybody else on the trip, he just found it hard to want to spend time with anybody at least right then. They all seemed to be wrapped up within themselves. And Liam just wasn’t somebody that he wanted to hang around so he decided just to wait until the rest of the guys were free from him to really let himself get comfortable with them. Dom looked up from his phone once Piper had come in the room, smiling at her before a smirk soon took over his features seeing her stripping from her bikini. It didn’t hit him that her words were potentially an invite, he just thought she was letting him know on what she was doing next. “Okay,” he murmured, looking back down to his phone but on for a brief moment before he found himself thrusting his body out of bed and towards the bathroom, ripping his shirt off his back and tossing it to the floor. “Think there’s room for one more?” He asked as he tiptoed behind her 

“Took you long enough.” She mumbled suggestively, hearing him approach. It was just a habit of piper’s by now, the sassy remarks she made to Dominic. Maybe it was just an easy way to ward off any feelings she may or may not have for him. After getting the water running she stood up straight and turned around to face Dominic, not expecting him to be half-naked already she couldn’t help but to look him over. “Yeah, I’ll make some room for you.” The blonde nodded, taking a step closer to him. “It’s the least I can do after you saved me from what could have possibly been the lamest spring break ever,” As much as she loved her family, she couldn’t imagine coming back to silver oak and raving about her time spent in Philadelphia. Even if she couldn’t spilll every detail about this trip, at least now she had something interesting to tell people when they asked.

 Piper couldn’t say that she necessarily liked Liam, but she was thankful that he gave her and Dominic the opportunity to have some non-conspicuous alone time together. After spending the day with Kasey and Jules on the beach she made her way back to the villa and eventually into the room she was sharing with Dominic, though she didn’t expect him to be in their room, but she was glad when she found him there. Without a word she closed the door behind her, striping from her wet bikini as soon as the older boy looked up. “I think I’m going to take a shower,” she mused as she disappeared into the bathroom that was connected to their bedroom, hoping he would follow.
