Thank goodness food blogger SandeeA Cocina of La Receta de la Felicidad creates these incredible adorable and easy-to-make Cloud Marshmallows.

Made of sugar, water, and gelatin, making these sweet treats require only 15 minutes of preparation time. They can also be flavored by adding vanilla, lemon juice or chocolate. No matter how dark, cold and stormy it is outside, having fluffy little clouds of sweetness floating in your hot chocolate is guaranteed to make the day brighter. We also love the idea of being able to snack on a cloud.
