I mean I dont think looks is what matters the most to wilson because in the show we get to know that he cheated twice on two different wives and he did that because he is such a peoples pleaser right .. what i mean by that is he would put others needs over his own making his own self worth get worse and that led to him being dependent on his partner because they would show him appreciation.. like he would feel better about himself because he knew his partner needed them.

And so when he helped them so much they would eventually get stable and more independent which would lead to wilson feeling resentment towards them. So he would actively go and search for someone else that was in need of someone to take care of them.

Thats what we see in one of the episodes when wilson dates an ill paitent and house literally confronts him about it lol. I think he loved amber so much because she was different in a way that she was already dependent enough but was able to show wilson the exact love he wanted so much. Which is why he was mourning her longer than their relationship lasted.. i personally dont think looks is what really matters to wilson the most. It sure is a part of it of course. But just because you think my yume doesn’t fit into what YOU think wilson likes doesn’t mean that my yume is going to be invalid. Lalala ion curr ion curr whatever 🥹
