Wilson in the later seasons with his greying hair I’m actually drooling.
y'all remember when chase & cameron's ring exchange during their wedding was cross-cutted with house handing over wilson his stuff before therapy? yeah that was lowkey nuts.
me: what did you do so wilson fell over
my mother: he just fell over. he fell over, you came into the room
me: why did he fall over *stands him up again*
her: he has a drug problem
me: he's not the one with the drug problem!?
her: you don't know that, you weren't here with him last night!
New Wilson hc unlocked: secret drug addiction
Reason: funny interaction + I love angst <3
“But what happens when we die?” We end up on a bus with our best friend's deceased girlfriend where nothing hurts us anymore
if house md took place now they'd have a patient who uses bug/bugself pronouns. house would immediately be extremely respectful of bugs pronouns but in the most disrespectful way, like he's using them as a mockery, like HEAVY emphasis on "bug" whenever he's talking about the patient. i think he despises the stupid frivolity and lie of the thing but appreciates the stick it to the man ideology and i think he'd tell the patient some shit like "I don't want to bash your insectoid dreams but you do still have a vagina—wait DO you have a vagina? Maybe i should check 🥺" some traditional house sexual harassment. foreman uses she/her the ENTIRE time and does an incredulous laugh whenever he's corrected, and if the patient gets upset he just smiles and says patronizingly, "Okay, let me go get bugself's medications." cameron has a crisis because she spends a lot of time on queer subreddits despite being ostensibly straight and she wants to be an ally but also she is extremely worried that the increasingly common use of neopronouns creates infighting within the community and also undermines the common coalitionary goals of acceptance by "normal people" which is how she thinks of straight people. but then when she snaps at the patient about this ("don't you care that you're making it harder for actual trans people?"), bug has a long talk w her about why bug chose bugs pronouns and how she misunderstands the entire point of queer self-identification and it leaves cameron so touched that from then on she makes a point to use bugs pronouns repeatedly and emphatically when speaking about bug to the team. chase is using she/her pronouns not out of malicious intent but pure confusion, except halfway through the episode cameron starts correcting him so he stops—he still is using she/her pronouns but when he catches himself he goes "sorry, BUG. BUG. BUG. i'll get it cameron." house is complaining to wilson about how people will do anything to feel special even when it's totally arbitrary and senseless, and wilson's like, "oh sure, because YOU'VE never done anything irrational for the sake of attention—" and house goes "you're right ... it IS irrational ... wait here" and walks out. he discovers that the patient has a brain tumor causing extreme personality changes and a distorted sense of identity, which leads him to conclude that xenogenders don't exist after all. when he asks the patient whether bug is ready to go back to being a "real girl" (said in a pinocchio esque voice), bug says that bug still uses the same pronouns and that a brain tumor doesn't create or erase identity. zoom on house's mildly sad pondering expression. that night cameron goes home and tentatively changes her pronouns on tumblr to "she/ze."
Look if they didn't want us to have hilson, why Wilson so pretty? Why Wilson have big puppy eyes? And why are they always pointed at House?

I think Wilson was probably a mildly popular guy back during his med school years since he was the nice guy who helped u with hw and exams at times while also going out to parties and getting wasted
So he'd get invited to hangouts often and have a good bunch of acquaintances (since he didn't really consider many of them actual friends) but they usually didn't last too long, since House would mess around with them and they'd get mad
And in the end, Wilson would always end up choosing House over all of them
