"Sniping’s A Good Job, Mate!"

((HIHI I'M SO SORRY I'VE BEEN SUPER BUSY SO I NEVER RESPONDED CUZ I GOT MOUTH SURGERY SO I BEEN IN HELL TvT - Max))

*Sniper looked around as he landed in hell (assuming that's where Foresaken takes place, is it not?).*

"Bloody 'ell, where am I? This place looks worse than that time that bread monster destroyed our base!"

*He exclaimed, looking around some more. He accidentally bumps into Noli.*

"Oi, sorry mate! My mistake. Say, what's with this place, mate?"

*He asks, not noticing the change in his body upon his arrival. (BRO BECAME A ROBLOX CHARACTER😱).*

+ A rather rotund man appears. He seems disoriented and confused- He clutches his head, groaning. His feathery lower half is puffed up, some of the jet black down falling off him. +

+ His head hurt… like a lot… +

“What in the livin’ hell?..”

*Sniper jolts as he hears the voice: was it a friend, or was it an enemy? He didn’t know, but he would soon find out. His hands instinctively took to his sniper rifle, looking through the scope to get a better look at the man who has just invaded 2Fort. He notices his blue overalls and nearly pulls the trigger, but he notices they are more similar to Engineer’s, so he hesitates. He slowly makes his way towards the- 'large' man. As he approaches, he realizes how much he towers over the intruder.*

"G'day, mate. I reckon' you’re not from here, are you, mate?"

*He speaks in a surprisingly calm tone despite still having his hands on the trigger of his rifle. He sets his gun to the side, but still clings it near to his belt in case he needs to use it. You never know when an enemy might decide to strike. On the battlefield, not all enemies are friends, but you know what they say: keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.*

+ Cleetus jumped, his hands raised in alarm. His head swarmed with more pain as he looked at Sniper. As he saw the gun he held close to him, he froze. +

+ It took him a full a minute to process what he said. He slowly focused his eyes onto him, before they went unfocused again. He was having trouble keeping the left one open. +

+ With a slow and careful tone, he answered, +

“. . .No. . . I ain’t- Where is ‘ere, anyways though?. .”

“. . .Is this. . . Hell? Or an afterlife? Am I?. .”

*Sniper let out a bellowing, nearly sickening laugh. One that was laced with smoke, of a man who spent his days alone. He spoke, wiping a tear from beneath his shades.*

"Nah, mate. Quite the opposite, actually! You’re in 2Fort, and you’ve just entered the territory of the RED base! By the looks of you, we’d betta keep you out-a 'arms way. We mercenaries tend to get pretty nasty when it comes to defending and taking turf."

*Sniper said. He seemed like a man of knowledge, soaking it up with ease. He extended a hand out to Cleetus.*

"So, what’ll it be? What’s your name, mate?"

*He asks, his New Zealand accent thick with friendliness.*

+ Cleetus tried to give a smile, his goofy grin shakey. He held out his hand, offering a weak handshake. +

+ The smokey scent bothered him a bit, as his head felt heavier. He was slowly regaining his thoughts however. The pain was ebbing away slowly, but surely. +

“I appreciate yer kindness, y’know?. . And the name’s Cleetus. What’s yers, fella?. .”

[piss-time]

*Sniper chuckled again, coughing as his earlier cigar lingered within his lungs.*

"Well— the real names Mick. Mick Mundy. But when I’m in the fields? They call me the Sniper."

*He said, shaking Cleetus’s hand, his grip tight, and his hands sweaty and dusty from hanging out within his sniping tower. He reeked of smoke….and something else. His gaze lingered on Cleetus.*

"Cleetus…? That’s an interesting name, mate. Who'd you inherit it from?"

*He asked. Did Cleetus even have family, or did he give himself the name? He wanted to know more about the strange, half-man half-penguin hillbilly who had unexpectedly stumbled into 2Fort.*

“Ah, I see, I see. I’ma call ya Sniper, if that’s fine. . .”

+ The hillbilly’s lopsided gaze studied the surroundings near him, taking it all in. His mind fog was clearing up, the pain subsiding. +

+ He brought his attention back when he was asked about his name, replying with, +

“Nobody n’ particular, or at least, that I know of. I ain’t got any parents that I can ask right now.”

"No parents—?"

*Sniper’s eyes narrowed from beneath his shades. He pulled them down a little, making eye-contact with Cleetus. He looked tired. REALLY tired. He eventually just sighed, then let out a low chuckle.*

"That’s rough, mate. Y'see, I’m adopted. Didn’t learn where I actually came from 'til recently…"

*He said, hesitantly reaching in his pocket for something: a pack of cigarettes. He nearly pulled one out, but put them back, remembering Cleetus’s earlier problems.*

*He shrugged as he removed his hat, fanning himself with it.*

"Scout-? Well, your guess is as good as mine, 'doc. 'Aven't seen 'im around 'ere lately. Maybe go ask Miss Pauling if she’s seen the mate anywhere. Good luck, mate!"
