Ok I'm normal now BUTTTT I THINK I HAVE A FINALIZED IDEA FOR SELFSHIP LORE.

Doc owns his own clinic (duh) and someone would have to clean it after closing...and irl my job for like..two/three years has been housekeeping/janitorial, specifically in healthcare!!

Maybe my s/I moved in relatively early(perhaps lost? Perhaps running away from something.) , mainly just the townies (maybe pre-sally) and while Doc may not use the clinic much since it's just usually check ups and the occasional other stuff...it's still gotta be cleaned. He's old and plus with his leg issues, it puts a lot of stress on him. So after my s/I kinda awkwardly moves in Doc hires it and after that it kinda blooms frum there

I just noticed that Guido actually has a proper rear-wheel steering mechanism like real forklifts do. Real forklifts steer from their rear wheel to allow tighter turns inside of warehouses and stuff and, even though he's based on a front-wheel steering car, Guido has the rear-wheel steer of a forklift

I think it's easiest to see in Cars 2 when he's dancing in Italy, you can see his rear wheel spins relative to his body while his front wheels remain straight (plus, when he's dancing, he does some very tight pirouettes that wouldn't work with a front-steering mechanism)

It's a little odd because there are definitely times when he steers with his front wheels as well, like an ordinary car. Most noticeably during the famous "pit stop" line from the first film (he turns his front wheels to the left and slightly reverses)

This is kind of strange, most vehicles don't typically have both front and rear steering that can be operated independently of each other. HOWEVER. The vehicles from Cars are able to do a lot of stuff with their wheels and suspension that a real vehicle couldn't for the sake of gesticulation and body language. So I'm willing to believe that Guido's occasional front-steering is a consequence of that.

(also, from an out-of-universe perspective, having Guido exclusively rear-steering might make him move oddly compared to other front-steering characters and make him "stick out" in a crowd scene)

About marriage in cars universe

I honestly don't know if there's a canon answer to this (because I don't remember many details from the movies...) but if there is a canon answer, I'd like someone to tell me! (Besides, I didn't watched the show) Oh, if you have any ideas, I'd like to hear them!

So, my blog is literally about Guido (and Cars) and my selfship with him! So, as I already mentioned (I think), my self-insert is married to Guido. Anyway, I don't remember any indication that Flo and Ramone were married (Only until Flo mentioned it directly) So I started thinking about how marriage works in Cars

Well, there's the legal aspect and the wedding, which are basically the same as in this universe (and the religious aspect because religion is canon in Cars, and that makes me laugh for some reason).

Are gay weddings real in Cars??? (I'm not going to talk about that LOL!)

I only made this post because I was questioning how the rings work in Cars. WHERE DO THE RINGS GO??? Do they even forklifts can simply get a rectangular one and put them on their forks. But what about regular cars? With tires? Are they like whitewall tires? But with a gold ring instead of a white one?

I think the series dealt with the topic of weddings in the last episode... I only watched one episode of that thing, but I couldn't stand it for some reason. I should watch that episode...

I'm just looking for a way to indicate that my selfinsert is married to Guido.
