Cash Flow Game coming to Pittsburgh

Make money with you IRA account

Then gets a loan from a SELF-DIRECTED IRA (the funds have to be in a self directed IRA, but that is easy to do) then the person with the IRA makes a loan with the property as collateral, that way there is a little risk to either investor and they get to share the payday based on the real estate investors knowlege and experience.  Its really that simple.  You need a couple legal documents but almost any lawyer can draw that up for you. 

there are 5 companies in the US who can convert your IRA into a self-directed IRA.  A little reasearch should help you find them.  Once you are self directed, then finding a real estate investor is pretty simple.  Look for you local real estate investing club, or a club in an area where you want to invest.

Looking for a new way to shelter your US Dollars, try investing in Canada

Follow this link to a company that provides forclosure listings in Canada.  This is the same type of service that we Americans have been using to make big money in the forclosure market. 

I picked up on this site from a Canadian investor who is a friend of mine.  They offer a list of properties that are in trouble.  The idea is the same as here in the US, buy a distressed asset at its low valuation, then bring it back on the market and either live off of the cashflow or flip it for a big chunk of cash.
