people complaining about the choices pay model clearly have no idea about how immensely difficult it is to create a successful game and make enough money off of it to not have their company go under. yes, they’ve implemented diamond choices that are not good (@atv finale) and the paywalling/plot irrelevancy of female LIs is an issue that deserves to be discussed, but ultimately pb is a company based in one of the most expensive cities in the US that needs to pay for many, many things. the mobile game industry relies heavily on in-app purchasing to support their budget and company costs because no one wants to pay a significant amount of money for a mobile game; it’s simply one of the only ways to successfully make money off a game like choices. calling a purchase model “abusive” is 1) ridiculous and 2) devaluing the actual definition of abuse which brings in another host of problems. it is incredibly difficult to make a financially successful game due to the nature of games and the industry.

and honestly if you don’t like the purchase model, just don’t buy diamonds? no one’s holding a gun to your head and forcing you to spend money so that the outcome of the fictional story you are playing is better. if you want to discuss insidious implications of certain pay models, talk about loot boxes or the relegation of important plot details to DLC. also, in terms of diamond choice content: obviously pb needs to make the choice compelling otherwise no one’s going to buy it! there are clearly some improvements they can make (not putting plot-relevant information behind a paywall, not making whole characters’ fates bound to one diamond choice) but ultimately they’re doing a lot better than most companies out there. by all means voice your concerns to pb—they are a pretty responsive company on social media—but do not attack them with such vitriol when you are still actively consuming their media.

Why LGBT representation MIGHT End in Media...No flame fam :P

1. The people in the fandom’s that tout, force, want, blackmail, threatened, stalk, and straight up harass creators of really popular shows or up-end-coming new shows that if they don’t have LGBT representation then their nazi homophobes who deserve to die a slow and painful death.

2. The LGBT community has literally become the most toxic thing in society right now, its no longer about getting rights for gays and trans people its now trying to force a functioning society to change itself just to suit the selfish needs of a minority group and they ALWAYS keep asking for more and more things or else incur the social media wrath.

3. They straight up hate straight/”cis”, people but more specifically they hate white men even though they’re the ones who support them in all their nonsense and bullshit. And they trying to force everyone to pick a side that your either with us or against us and they are EXTREMELY picky who can stand with them. If your a gay, lesbian, bi, or trans person who doesn’t agree with what their doing or a conservative then they quickly turn on people within supposedly their community and tell them to kill themselves or that their no longer valid.

4. They are essentially the new Nazis of the modern era which is really ironic if you had heard what they have been spewing all over the social platforms. Yes, this could also be said about the sjw’s and regressive BLM people however unlike the Nazis, these people are all a bunch of dumb asses with no leadership, moral compass, or tact they just go after anyone and everyone “THEY”, deem bad for society making themselves as judge, jury, and in some unfortunate cases executioner. Even now they are trying to censor people who don’t follow their ideology and they don’t report it because they don’t want any finding out about it but people did.

5. The media, Hollywood, video games, and comics has been declining rather quickly as of late because they have made the poor choice in siding with the sjw’s, feminists, and LGBT communities and all the normal people or those within the fore mentioned groups to jump this sinking ship and look else where. They have been ridiculing, patronizing, insulting, doxing, and harassing people who don’t believe what they do which is some kind of really messed up Divers Utopia Dictatorship that would never come about naturally unless it was forced upon people. Some companies of course are only going along with it believing the lie that there are a hundreds of thousands of new customers to tap into when there really is only a few hundreds and their businesses have suffered for it.

6. People are really starting to get pissed off with the hostility that is being found with the LGBT community and having began to form counter groups in order to combat them. When this happens those groups are immediately targeted by the media being proclaimed Nazis, white supremacists, homophobic, and uneducated when the people in the groups are some of the most well educated and open minded in the country who don’t need government handouts to stay alive.

7. Its only a TREND albeit the most harmful trend to society I have EVER seen. People in the media love to say just how many people are coming out as LGBT and that they are on the rise and everyone should just accept it. Are they really though? from what I have been seeing and hearing around the internet its not so much as people coming out and more like people being per-pressured to behaving like them. Its like be LGBT is the new IT trend and your not cool if your not one and won’t be allowed to go anywhere or enjoy life which is extremely harmful to young teenagers psychology and people who say they came out only end up very unhappy, confused and in some cases committed suicide because of this society that forces them to be something they are not.

The LGBT community used to be so much better then this during the 90s and early 2000s but now it got hijacked by a bunch of bored teenagers and anarchists who are literally doing it just because they want to see how far they can go before everything burns down around them.
