Sornieth is an island in the sea, filled with dragons and itâs â« beau-ti-ful â« In the year negative a billion Sornieth wasnât here. In the year negative not that many it was here. And you could walk to it. And then it got more magical and now thereâs lots of â« Deities. â« Because itâs more magical.
So now thereâs a bunch of gods on the island and theyâre basically sort of hanging around in between the mountains eating nuts off trees and using the latest technology like wings, and tails.
*Ding Dong* Get the door. Itâs more deities. A rich hipster named Lightweaver showed up with a new flight that was more â« glittery â«.
BREAKING NEWS: The shade has invaded the world.
âi have invaded the worldâ said the shade âplease respect me, or else I might invade you as well.â
â/sarcasm: Okay.â Said the Deities, and so the Shade came down and had a really great time but then but then died to the Deities. The Deities built a big Pillar and everything was â« Great â« for a really long time.
Then the world was taken over by another clique so â« now thereâs more stuff â« like agriculture and technology. This guy called âThe Speakerâ wants everyone to try this hot new philosophy thatâs more â« spiritual â«
âPlease listen to my shitâ he said.
âNoâ said everybody.
âTry ittttâ he said.
ânoâ said everybody again, quieter this time.
And so his philosophy was put into place, including all the rules that came with it. People started to have a good time and the population increased a lot. There was poetry, plays, sexy times, puppet shows and science studies. Weâre talking physics, skeletons, horrific arcane magics, maybe even math.
But they were also working on a large very huge engine. Bigger than any other engine, ever. And they were curious to see if it worked. But it exploded and â« everyone died. â« A âheavenly superpersonâ came into being, or âArcanistâ for short.
More deities came to life, and they liked â« trees â« and â« pus â« . But then they started to punch each other because â« their friends and our friends are not friends. plus theyâre planning to infect the entire ocean â«
And then the Arcanist had this cool new idea of starting another apocalypse. And everybody else was like âno donât do that, if youâre a Deity youâre not supposed to cause an apocalypseâŠâ and Arcanist said â« how bout I do, anyway? â« And so he di-
Knock Knock. Itâs the Shade. With bitey faces. Made of the void. Void faces.
âGive me. the world. stop. having it be not mine.â
âFuck this.â said everybody, and they split the continent into eleven pieces. The main regions were here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here. Everybody starts fighting each other for local power, and itâs anybodyâs game.
They made some reforms, such as:
Making flights so that they can govern more, and
Making dragons to put into their flights, so they can govern them in their flight that governs more.
It was just the right ingredients for a â« post-apocalypse economic miracle â«
The dragons started breeding as fast as they can, and also better than everybody else. And then they get rich and slaughter the locals, and the economy goes wild. But then the miracle wears off, but everythingâs still pretty cool I guess.
